- See why Karl wore the same blue suit on air for a year. (Type: link | Published: 2014-11-17T14:38:04+0000)
Today Show: See why Karl wore the same blue suit on air for a year.Comments:
karen campbell - Men can do that. Woman wears the same thing the second time in a month, there will be nasty comments.
stephanie kirkwood - He has a point! Women are judged on appearance while men are not.
sidney vincent - I think the bigest thing missing is the fact that women would be the ones making a deal out of it and not men. I feel like we are reaching for things to label racist or sexist these days.
jordan pannowitz - Wow some of you Americans are so judgemental. Karl did this to show how his co-hosts are judged by what they wear where as he is judged by the quality of his interviews. Karl and Lisa (other host) do a lot of serious interviews apart from their morning show stints but Lisa has never been credited for the quality of her interview, only for how she looks. I am proud to be Australian and be in a country where one man is using his position to help show our faults as human beings.
vanessa graetz - Does anyone else see Robin Sherbotzky in this photo?
ken larue - It was a blue suit! How can you tell the difference between one blue suit from another? Wear a paisley jacket every day and see if someone notices.
martha kindrick - If u don't care why comment. He was trying to make a point about people judging her attire but not his. If u don't care stop commenting.
angie olson - I think he's a pretty cool gentleman for what he did. Proves the point that you don't need to spend all of your paycheck on clothes to impress strangers.
kevin dame - This difference in opinion will probably have me branded as a misogynistic, woman-hating terrorist, but I'll make my opinion because I'm apparently entitled to one, too. Many of the stories typed out below appear to be some anecdotal evidence of women being judged on what they wear. 90% (or some other comparable high percentage) of these stories tend to reflect females judging females. I think that before we think of all men as sexist pigs, females take a look at how you treat yourselves and each other. I've never, ever been in the company of a man who cares one bit about what the news anchor is wearing or what types of accessories she has on. Feminists are so quick to drive a wedge between the sexes but continue to purport they strive for "equality". You can't take a tipped scale, tip it the other way and call it equal. But labeling people is part of how we compartmentalize others and make it easier to settle into the "us versus them" mentality and that makes us feel less alone. So I get it, we like to have an enemy to fight, even if it's each other. I get it, but I don't like it.
melanie kemp - I do think people hold women to a higher standard of appearance when it comes to apparel, but to be fair, most people can't tell one navy blue menswear suit from another, and many men who wear suits every day gravitate toward a particular cut. I think people would have noticed if he'd worn the same shirt and tie with the suit every day, but changing up those items gives the appearance of changing the entire ensemble. In short, the variations in womenswear are more obvious, and it's a lot easier see a woman's overall look and say "That really doesn't work for her" or "That looks nice" or "She must like that dress; she's worn it a few times" than it is to look at a man behind a desk and see that the cut of his jacket is all wrong or that it's the same jacket he wore yesterday but with a different shirt and tie.
michael thomas - he wore a different tie and shirt though. how stupid. of course nobody noticed.
cynthia tellez - He makes a point. People (because lets face it it's people of all genders) can be rude as hell about things that don't pertain to a public figure's job. He used the example of people being rude about his female coworkers' being judged on their looks and not their quality of work. It's the same general argument as the push for acceptance of tattoos in the workplace, the way i see it. Why should a physical difference define the quality of a person's work?
andrew kruczek - The women on Fox News wear the same stuff all the time.. It never occurred to me to write an angry letter.
tony baker - Meanwhile his co-host is wearing a Starfleet uniform.
t hadd scott - This has little to do with being sexist. It is the simple fact that he wears a suit everyday. It is monotonous. Women wear dresses, shirts, sweaters, blouses, pants. All of these have a different look and a change is more noticeable. That is all.
michael clifton - women judge other women about what they were men don't care about this kind of stuff
marie taylor - Way to go Karl. Thanks for showing the double standard and exposing this
peggy thal - Men have it easy in the clothes department.
steven kachelmeier - Whenever the guys and I get together at a bar to watch sports our conversation always gravitates to what the morning show hosts are wearing.
kurejichi wetuski - I recall a scientist being bullied in to tears my women recently though... I never heard that happening to a woman scientist :/
sandy parker kisor - He wore the same suit ever day for 365 days? Well he couldn't have time to get it dry cleaned or washed in laundry . So him and the suit both probley smelled like stinch body odor . HE'S NASTY FOR DOING IT AND MORE STUPID FOR TELLING IT TOO. GROSS, GROSS, & GROSS

lis craig - Meh....I don't even know this girl. Is she only on here because she's Beyoncé's sister? They look nothing alike, do they?
heather ginsberg buechi - And we care why?
olivia aguilar - She'll beat him up too!!
yenifer cabrera helms - She looks great! The whole look and the photo shoot is very artistic. I don't like the Today show headline "Beyoncé's sister".... She is an individual and her style and persona is her own.
jay oatis - Why "Beyonce's sister" though?
cynthia casias-balderas - Illuminati symbol he's representing with his hands.
caroline franqui - Looks like she is dressed for a star wars movie. Weird! To each their own.
traci bonsall - Who cares and why is this "news?"
nicola nikki scott-straker - I don't care for Solange...she bores me! But congrats are in order.
bobbi jo - I actually like solange better than beyonce! She promotes art, natural beauty, and realistic music. Solange remains true to herself and thats one thing I can't say about beyonce.
carrie beez - still think she's a wack a doodle
vincenzo di lorenzo - Black start wars?
jenn jungclaus - This looked less like a wedding to me and more like a cult induction, but that's just me.....
bobbi jo - What's wrong with a fro you stupid cunt? She black!
rachel pegram starr - I'm 26 I couldn't see me marrying a 51 year old... My dad is like that age.. Eww... but to each their own.
scott fischer - Is this from the new Star Wars movie?

Today Show: This 3-year-old totally understands the true meaning of Christmas. And what she asked Santa for might just melt your heart.Comments:
sydney f long - My three dogs and I just got our picture taken with Santa a few weeks ago! He is real and the most amazing guy! Don't stop believing!!
colleen muldowney madore - If all adults could be as kind as this little girl. This is the true meaning of Christmas.
ladonna dedi roberts-white - When my kids were younger, "Santa and Mrs. Clause were eating at a local fast food restaurant. It was in July, they wanted to sit near them, and Santa was so nice to explain the they were on vacation. My kids never forgot it. It became a traditional story told at Christmas.
karen j waddell - Adorable! The "look" does come with a certain level of responsibility, after all.
robert noe - "Sure daughter go eat with a old man that we have no idea who he is”
rena iversen edminster - Gracie "gets it"! how sweet and lovely; special little girl.
susan davis - this little girl is being raised the right way...Her parents should be very proud of her..
jennifer bellmore gasal - for Santa to take the time for Gracie is priceless. What a wonderful santa.
mandy bollen barclay - All I can think of is the scene from Bad Santa when Billy Bob was just trying to have a break. Lol. Give Santa a break.
gretchen kelley - To sweet! That santa is so awesome!
cindy martin - Beautiful story, but is this really the "True Meaning of Christmas?" I believe the TRUE meaning of Christmas is that it's the day we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus! The fact that this little girl showed compassion to a lonely man is wonderful. I am also glad she is excited to see her little brother, but make no mistake, those sentiments are NOT the true meaning of Christmas. Rather, they are a great example of a wonderful child whose parents obviously love her a lot, taught her empathy, and respect for all human beings. Wouldn't it be great if everyone behaved the way this little girl did, at Christmas and every day of the year?
mia hinojosa zeisig - What a sweet story!!!
elizabeth cave - He's the best Santa. Love the photos of him with my daughter taken in 1997.
tracy wildeman - Molly McDonald Katie Keller today show official! :)
krishana gibson - I love ❤ the innocence of kids and santa 🎅… too sweet
vivian armendariz - I love this story. It's sweet & touching. Adults could learn from this little girl. God Bless her. She has a big heart. It brought me to tears. This little girl is being raised correctly. How precious..
carla cooksey - Aw this would be us Crystal Cooksey Sandra Cooksey Lillard
susan forney - How cool.that is my hometown Evansville Ind.been to that mall alot.moved from their when I was 16 years old.i am now 58.living in Orlando Fla since 1980.nice to see a uplifting story from my neck of the woods.
pamela sears buchanan - Beautiful, we can learn from the innocence of the young....
liz kemp - Precious innocence
sarah wineroth - Very sweet story. Makes the heart happy.

heather dieffenbach - Thank you, Joy, Hoda, Kathie Lee, and everyone at the Today Show! Keep inspiring people!
deb farrell howard - That was a wonderful segment. They both look fabulous, and, MOST importantly, healthy! :)
richard jacob dieffenbach - It was one of the Joy Fit Club segments that showed us what was possible! I'm so happy I had a chance to thank Joy in person on Today!!!
robert people - Lorraine, there's another example of women putting each other down unnecessarily. She doesn't need to "do her hair" to look "fab." This is about her losing weight and losing that much is OUTSTANDING. Besides, she did this for herself, not us. Ironic that you don't have a profile pic up as you talk that nonsense. Anyway, congratulations to them!
katie salmon - Steven if they can we can too! Let's do this 👊
heather angle - Sean Angle! Let us be the next success story!
becky walton - I was blessed to watch your incredible transformation. As a result I lost about 23 pounds myself. This is a great reminder that I need to get back on it! You are both very dedicated, hardworking people. I admire you!
laura lockett - Is it 297 or 397 lbs? In the segment it only says "almost 300 lbs" but this article keeps touting "almost 400 lbs". Either way it's impressive....but which number is accurate???
sg bernard - Great job guys! If they can do it, I can loss 20 pounds!!
chelsea woods - Wow! Way to go! They both look amazing! Especially the husband ;) lol And some of you need to click on the story and actually see the after picture.
kristy lyon sandoval - That's awesome! I lost 70 lbs in a year by tracking calories and exercising everyday. Maintaining is the hard part.
johnny faith ray - That is awesome!!!
sarah wineroth - That is great that they chose their health! Good job!
gloria lansbury - Amazing, awesome. So proud of this lifestyle change.

michele bilbrey - Way to go Heather Dieffenbach! Garrard County Public Library is proud of you!!!

netmari alexandra vazquez - Or just but it at Trader Joe's.....
stacey torres - Why would you need to crush the crackers in a bag first if you're using a food processor?
crystal farmer - How about a recipe for it that doesn't require processed cookies and powdered sugar
ashley stachowicz - Too much work, just buy the cookie butter it's not that expensive and I dont have to wash any dishes! LOL
debbie zippay-matthews - May as well just apply it to your hips, thighs and butt!!!😉😉
susan francis colwell - Seems a lot easier and cheaper to just go to TJ's and buy in bulk. :)
katie laidlaw chesebro - Why would anyone go through all that trouble when they can buy a jar at TJ's??
diann neal - Shelf life too short
ashley e. daniel - Why do this yuckiness when you can just buy there's??
deanna gilbert kiser - Cheaper and lasts long from Trader Joe's. For those worried about health. It is a better alternative than a lot of other sweets.

Today Show: How do you sneak away from a sleeping baby without waking them? This mom has some funny solutions.Comments:
jessica r ferris - Here comes all the "expert advice" from the snarky arrogant uber parents.. In 3..2..1..
c.j. mccoy - Train them to put themselves to sleep in their crib and you won't have to worry about sneaking away from them.
debra cosentino - For cripes sake people ..Chill out...I think the video was cute as it was meant to be!!!
kristine fallis - Oh save the negative comments. Just share funny stories of sneaking out, dont make everything a debate. Great your kid slept since day one in a crib, my child wouldn't so I co-slept and had to crawl army style out of the room. We both did what was our best for our situations,so why is everyone so judgemental.
marcy ursetta-prochaska - Heres a Gold ⭐️ for the parents that cant find any humor anymore! The negative comments are so ridiculous! Have some fun in life! Its a cute video! Take your "expert" opinion and your perfect children and jam it
tonita spillers - I just successfully ninja'd my way off the bed.
john j terreri - Roll & slide move....works all the time!
janet schick-valenti - The people who don't think this funny obviously didn't have kids. I use to crawl out on all fours. And if I needed something in the baby's room I crawled in lol. Love the video
brenda dukes - u shouldnt try and sneak away u should put them down for a nap and walk away, they will sleep and the next time u want have to sneak, they will no its nap time, lets start raising strong kids instead of changing the rules to fit them, we may have more respectful kids that obey the law
kristen kelih short - Admittedly used all of these with each of my babies! Haha!
angela charles kouskoutis wittling - How about crib!!!!
shea hall - Judge your heart out perfect parents with your snarky comments... This is so what I needed after an unsuccessful sneak out. Rocking my baby girl for the second time tonight and enjoying some extra cuddles. She's only little once. <3
tanya thomson - Never had to do that nonesense......my kids slept in a bassinet and crib since day 1!! No bad habits were formed!!
jenny potter - I army crawled out more times than I'd like to admit lol
cathy vaughan blackwell - Omg...this picture...who would leave a baby that little alone face down on a fluffy bed?! wth?
fran trumbetas griffith - I had the creaks on the floor memorized. She would wake up as soon as the floor creaked.
susan woodford linden - And can anyone say "SIDS" with the bear stuffed up against the baby's face?
I know they meant for this to be funny. But several of the things they did are flat out dangerous.
jude a burke - Slide on to the floor gently then sneak out. I co slept and rocked my kids to sleep plus slept beside. As far as I'm concerned co sleeping saved my 3 day old sons life. Woke up and was watching him realised he wasn't breathing was on his back nothing around to obstruct breathing doctor thinks he just for got to breath. Thankfully he was ok just scared the hell out of us. I did all of "the wrong" things I have 3 beautiful independent, smart young girls and 2 beautiful smart boys boys lol they love to get out in the dirt and play. There is nothing wrong with a child knowing they are safe whilst they sleep and if them crawling into my bed after a nightmare makes them feel safe so be it. If they need me to lay down beside them till they dose off so be it I will. It's called being a mum.
eliran joe ben shushan - You can't....lol my daughter could smell I was gone...and still to this day!
ella michael - That was funny. I just sat on chair, put hand through crib, held baby's hand until it went to sleep, then walked out. Sometimes was nice to cuddle with them while you rocked them to sleep. If you sing bad, like me they would go to sleep so did not have to listen. Ha.
heather jordan - This is exactly why I put all my children to bed, even for naps, while they were still awake and let them fall asleep on their own. I feel it's ridiculous to tip toe and be as quiet as possible when in all actuality they need to get used to hearing noises either while falling asleep or sleeping.

Today Show: These foods will leave you feeling great!Comments:
cyndi coker - Funny because an hour after I eat oatmeal I'm starving again.
tonya compton - Make your own soup and then you control sodium content
irene norcross - I don't know why soup is included. It has way too much sodium making it very unhealthy.
donna owens - NO Y'ALL THE FEEL GOOD FOOD IS A BIG OL' CHOCOLATE CAKE !!!!!!
carolyn field gohsman klein - I don't believe anything commercially canned is good for you. the canned tuna would be off my list. fresh caught fish would be much better. yogurt is off my list as well from allergies
kathleen hanlon - They used the word creamy way too much in that slideshow. Hate that word!
jamie medellin tankersley - Great article! Unless you're allergic to every single thing! Only me...
sarah mclaughlin - Hm. They might make you feel better but your conscience should be hurt by the way tuna and commercial fishing are destroying our oceans and environment. Factory farm eggs are cruel and factory farms are one of the biggest causes of global warming (emissions, pollution, etc.) Just because something has nutritional value doesn't make it a good choice.
lisa luna - Great! My favorite foods and homemade chicken soup is healthiest!
karla knuckles - Shelbie Knuckles this is so you 😊
nikki gould - Madison Hanna almonds!
jermaineand lynn zeigler - Santoria Tooter Axson Jessica Kirsch
lynette snyder - I love all of these! Yum!
bethany self shea - Mandi Penney. You will like this!
shana fraley - This depends on where you work haha
patricia hadaway - I love oatmeal and raisins. Try it with raisins to yum
anna mccaleb - I love all if these good foods so why do I eat potato chips? DUH
carolyn charles johnson - I do not believe one word of this. I eat all of these foods often, even daily.
mellissa lowrance - Donna Cortez Chakrathouk
debra e-leon - Enacio Lion Joanna Salgado-Herrera
gina michelle - Chocolate always makes me feel better...lol

Today Show: 12-year-old Landon Jones is losing about a pound of his body weight per week because of a lack of hunger and thirst. The cause: a mystery. The cure: unknown.Comments:
kimberly stewart - Idk, but maybe he should try medical marijuana? Poor guy & poor parents. Hope they figure it out soon.
erika laine - He was 104# a year ago, now 69#????
And they are only now discussing a feeding tube???? Very poor medical management.
consuela morales-streit - Why hasn't anyone tried medical marijuana? My friends who have suffered through chemo when being treated for breast cancer lost their appetite and a lot of weight. MJ was the only thing that helped them want to eat and stay healthy.
rivka leah goldstein - Where can I get this condition 4 million women ask?
kelly kaye benson vinzant - As a nurse, after reading just a few lines of this story, I was asking the question "why does this child not have a feeding tube?!!!" This intervention should have been done months ago!! My heart goes out to him and his family. I hope we get to see a follow up story about how this child is flourishing after getting the nutrition his mind and body desperately needs!!! Prayers to them!
amy lucas horton - What does the fact that this little boy lives in a cramped house have anything to do with this story ?? Obviously his parents love him very much & are trying everything they can to help him so what if their house is small!!! Ignorant dig I think!
heather rose mckinley - Since they cannot find what is "medically" wrong with him, could this be psychological?
stephanie texas - Give the boy medical marijuana
melinda mattison schwenn - According to some of the comments above, everyone is a specialist. This seems to be a very serious issue. The body needs fuel and fluids. I don't think it's a "choice" he is making. Something changed that night. I wonder if there were any other environmental factors from that week that could have triggered something but went unseen? I really feel for these parents and I hope they get answers soon! The other thing that concerns me is the child's lack of concern... At 12 you pretty much understand what you need to survive. It almost seems like another portion of his brain isn't responding to necessity? Bizarre!
amanda alexander - Can I have what he has??
jeff willis - Seriously medical marijuana will help. He don't need the kind that will get him all fucked up and high so ppl don't need to start "oh get him high huh" comments cuz that's not the fact.
maria nation - I don't know how to reach or get in contact with people related to this story, but I lived near Cedar Falls, Iowa (Waterloo) a in 2011 and had this same exact problem! Only in my case I had to hide in a basement because everyday smells made me sick also. I was seen by specialists and none of them could explain what was going on (I cried reading this because it was scary and I was not sent to Mayo) I lost over 100 pounds in 4 months and almost died! I was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks in University of Iowa hospitals and had to have a feeding tube put in my nose for weeks. Since this happened I am back to eating but put in a lot of weight! I do have lesions on my brain (no further testing was done 😢)
I would gladly talk with this family. I wouldn't mind answers myself. It kind of tugs at my heart to hear that doctors have "NEVER" seen another case like this when I lived close by!!!!!!!
michelle salimbene albert - Test him for strep/pandas via blood work!
kayla hodge - And this is a case for medical marijuana.
robert sizemore - The cure is cannabis, don't be fooled by gov propaganda protecting interests in big pharma.
tiffany brown - What if its kids picking on him? It could be psychological :-( hope they figure something out.
jessica jolliff - Ever thought about using cannabis?
bonnie sheppard goodson - Insurance (or lack thereof) should not be a reason to be concerned about his care. St Jude's Children's Hospital treats kids regardless of the family's ability to pay. Mayo Clinic can and should match that. This family has enough to deal with. My prayers are with them, and with the doctors who are trying to find the cause of Landon's illness. God bless them all.
debbie roberts janveau - This article seems very strangely written. Not feeling hunger is not as rare as it is making out. It is a medical condition that effects many people. The doctors and this hospital seemed to have responded poorly. I don't know this child but I think that the cause may be more psychological than physical. Sometimes people suffering from depression, anxiety are effected in similar manner. I would also question that it suddenly came on and he went to bed fine one night and woke up not hungry etc. There was probably signs along the way. As well the latest connection the medical community have found is between the thyroid and anxiety. Apparently a thyroid that does not work as it should can cause changes in the brains chemical balance....leading to anxiety and along with anxiety comes a whole swack of issues. This child needs a medical community around him that is willing to look at alternatives for the cause and alternate causes for treatment.
linda merle gray - Why hasn't a feeding tube been put in. It's been a year.
jillian durkin - My son is struggling too and they can't seem to figure it out either
Ur son isn't the only one in the world like that and my son is 9 and he's slowly shutting down, praying they help ur lil boy and quickly

Today Show: "People need to put a face to [suicide prevention and survival], and I’m OK being that face," Anderson said.Comments:
mary rich - I have to say this that suicide is not a selfish act. It is an act of attempting to end the incredible pain that one feels. And only that person who feels it knows how much pain is to much. I know this from a very personal experience of my own.
tammy albrecht - I lost my only son 8 years ago to suicide - he was only 22 years old. Not a day goes by that I don't miss him...
jagger kim - Depression is a horrible thing. Its a evil monster you can't see . I myself battle with this myself. No one want to talk about it till its to late. We need more awareness about depression.
diana rose jones - My husband took his own life 15 years ago, our kids were 10,11,12 and 15!!! It was our 20th year of marriage, I tried to support him all the way but he was in denial of his condition, at the same time attempted a few times of which I tried desperately to stop his self harm.
No matter what, it is their choice to end it.
I went to bereavement of suicide for family and friends counselling with a group of people I had never met who also had family take their own lives, mostly teens or in their early 20's due to relationship break ups, most wanted to blame and shame the ex's of their loved ones.
At the end of the day they chose to do what they did, it's no ones fault.
A very brave act although most would say cowardly to do so.
I know if my husband had instead pushed it aside and seemed help maybe he would still be here.
Depression needs more awareness.
It sux but there is not a thing we can do to prevent it happening.
My kids and I miss him so much, he was a beautiful person struggling alone 😢
louise mcginley - It is a devastating, silent choice that not many understand. My heart goes to anyone who has experienced this horrible loss.
stephanie elena turgeon - We assist teens and young adults who are at risk of self-harm and suicide: www.truceinitiative.org
nicole giannakopulos snijders - How ironic that the media is being used to spread awareness but they still refer to it as someone who "committed" suicide. They died by suicide. End the stigma.
denise aguiar - People don't just check out because they want to...it's because the pain is so unbearable that it's the only way they can remove it. It's difficult to explain something to people when it can't be seen...believe me...if after sitting down and weighing the impact suicide would have on your loved ones...you still feel like it's your only way out...you're in a heap of hurt.
karen wheeler - What I think is sad is, suicide has been going of for decades but because a celebrity does and all of sudden it is in the spot light. My husband committed suicide in 1997. At that time there was no help, I know because I tried and was told all they would do is medicate and then send them on their way. I was the one that found him 2 days later. I know it is better late than ever for public awareness, but there has to be more that just awareness. There has to be mental health facilities that will help everyone, regardless of their income.
garrison mcdavid - End this horrible disease by sharing information in a non-judgmental way. Depressed people can hardly focus on what God wants as they can not meet their own needs. I pray during this holiday season that people do not lose hope and do not focus on these ridiculous ads where people are as happy as cherubims. For many of us, this is fake and insulting. Volunteer as a way to relieve self hurt. It has helped me.
amy veenkamp aranowski - It's amazing to me to read some of these posts. Get educated about mental health issues before you comment. It's truly a vey sad disease to be that depressed to want to end your own life. My heart goes out to those who have to endure so much pain.
fran shanks - I sincerely hope this gentleman does not think her suicide was solely because of the argument. Suicidal people are seriously depressed over everything. Just the incident of an argument is not what made her all of a sudden think to kill herself.
garrison mcdavid - As society operates at hyper speed, few prioritize time spent on others. Thus, those suffering from the "silent disease" isolate more, feeling no connection with anyone or anything. Envelopes are unopened, phone calls are unanswered, friends are shunned. Often, the only solaces are bed, pets and obsessions. I encourage ALL suffering from depression to seek help. Suicide hotlines exist. Friends do, too, in places where you never thought.
dawn sheldon - If you are thinking committing suicide, please please find someone you can confide in and feel comfortable talking to; suicide isn't the answer. We all deserve to live no matter what happens in our lives. You have people who love you dearly and don't want to live their lives without you.
heidi schuller - Very sad. Hidden pain is the worst. People may be and look like the happiest person but inside their suffering horribly.
stephanie whitt - Never forget this! Prayers for all who are battling
leann weiler esterle - Thank you Nicole. Saying that someone "committed" suicide, implies that they have committed a crime. Dying by suicide is the proper way to refer to someone's death. Or died from suicide. Just as you would say someone died from cancer or any other disease.
jessica tworkowski haley - I help run the nonprofit, To Write Love on her Arms (TWLOHA.com) This is the video we recently did with Ryan Anderson. I hope you'll watch. And thank you to everyone leaving comments about their loved ones. I know your stories and Ryan's story will help so many others. http://youtu.be/CKQhcFXhh1w
ladonna watkins - My baby brother is my "Face of Suicide". He took his life on July 27, 2014. He was 33. He was a son, brother, uncle, friend to many and an amazing Daddy to 3 beautiful children ages 5,3 & 2. We are devastated to say the least. I know I will never be the same. My life has been forever changed. I am strong for his children & my family. I miss him so much.
lynn helmuth - Very sad to see people feeling that hopeless and alone. Suicide is not done to hurt other people. It is done because the person can't take any more rejection and hurt. Wish more people were taught how to recognize a cry for help instead of putting down that very sad hopeless, lonely act. God have mercy and love for all those helpless people.
blanca caevero - People who died by suicide do not think about it that day, it's something they've been thinking about for years. Immense suffering I hope people will learn to understand this one day.

Today Show: “Sure, Kim Kardashian can do Champagne, but can she balance a giant novelty smiley face mug on her rear while wearing maternity jeans? I DOUBT IT.” Nice job, moms.Comments:
dora talbot - GOOD GOD, what is the obsession with this idiot? Can you please stop posting about her?!!!! PLEASE!!!!
garrett johnson - People do know we landed on a comet right?
carol sandre sarro - Really? All this fuss about a porn star...which is how she got her start. Please focus on people who are really stars...our armed forces, people who find cures for illnesses, those who help the homeless and hungry. KK and her family are greedy leeches.
ileana flores - Despite comments expressing extreme disinterest in Kim Kardashian, I often wonder why the media continues to provide coverage and articles about her. No more, please.
jessica jones - Really?! We landed on a comet....a COMET - wake up people!!!
betty l. shockley - Why does Today Show think this trash is news????
trecia moore - 3rd post today on KK. Any page that comes across my FB page, I have decided to unlike their page and not follow till she is yesterdays news. She's a beautiful gal, but it's called over exposure and many people are getting sick of her. Sorry Today Show, gotta say goodbye for now.
karen munoz - Kim's lost shot they forgot to add....
heather mcfarland heutsche - It's world diabetes day why don't we discuss something important instead of her
hatie ruffing - I'm tired of seeing this crap on my newsfeed. I liked this page to see news and informative articles. Not Kim Kardashians ass
ashley schmidt - Anyone can Photoshop a pic :)
tiffany kirkelie - Great, another news site that I have to unfollow! Thanks Today for making Kim such a big deal! She's disgusting and so is her family! Report real news!!!
haley culver - The Kardashians are such a waste of good oxygen. They have contributed nothing to this world. Plus, they are famous for what exactly? How about we just stop posting about their uselessness, and they go away?
susan mcgoldrick - Quit giving her the time of day...Time this woman grew up...Only an attention getter...SMH.....
stephanie mchone east - So sad she doesn't even understand she is contributing to a racial stereo type......especially with a mixed race daughter.
marializa muniz - Kim is a slut, she has no self respect. This picture is degrading. The fact of the matter is she has low self esteem. She has to pay to have bigger boobs and a bigger butt so she can feel better about herself. She has no talent and she's a bubble head so she has to show off her nasty ass in order to feel better about her self. For her negative attention or positive attention is still attention. Her and Nicki Minaj are the same.
matt matusiak - She's a whore. Stop promoting her brand.
mark stevens - Enough of this, so OVER this entire family. Find something useful to report on.
april kendrick - Greeaaat. Now we have to endure all of the parodies for the next several weeks. But, it would be cool to see a jackass balancing a pail on it's ass! LOL! Oh wait....NM...we already have!
kristi smallwood long - photoshopping at it again. @@ Take your porn somewhere else and shame on you TODAY show for giving it even a moment of your/our time. Im SURE you could have filled that spot with something WAY more interesting. Exactly WHY did this make news???
missy murray spratford - Hire some journalists to write newsworthy stories. Please stop writing about Kim Kardashian.

aimee larsen - As I lay in bed watching this from a phone...
jamie crow - Man, glad I wasn't born until 1986. LOVED computers because of the Oregon Trail.
julie mcclelland - Went to school to learn Basic, thought I was the bomb with my TRS 80 II (or some such). Now I can't believe how very limited it was, and I've *never* used Basic for anything!
nick berdeguez - In 1977, Ken Olsen, the founder and CEO of Digital Equipment Corporation, said,
"There is no reason for any individual to have a computer in his home."

Diem Brown first battled ovarian cancer in 2003, at age 23, and suffered a recurren (Type: link | Published: 2014-11-14T22:40:32+0000)
Today Show: Sad news. Diem Brown first battled ovarian cancer in 2003, at age 23, and suffered a recurrence in 2012. Recently she was diagnosed with colon cancer.Comments:
tara hiscox smith - I found this news to be so depressing. Sure I don't know her personally, but it hurts to see someone so young pass away. A light gone. We must find a cure for cancer. Too much focus is spent on things that don't really matter. Find A Cure!
kelli faerber - Ovarian Cancer is the deadliest of the gynecological cancers and often spreads to the stomach, intestines and colon. We need testing for this disease so it's not detected in such late/advanced stages, and research to develop better treatments. There is currently NO reliable screening for Ovarian Cancer. A woman's annual exam DOES NOT test for ovarian cancer. We need more awareness and research so women like Diem don't have to lose their lives before they even start.
joe infantino - Maybe now she can finally stop fighting and relax. RIP Diem
ally stark - She faught the good fight...MULTIPLE times and now she may fight no longer. RIP to such an angel here on earth and now above. I hope her persistence to never give up inspires many more who face such trials. Sending prayers to her family.
christa thibodeau - Wow! So sad...she seemed very genuine! So sad! The challenge won't be the same without her.
alex borondy - She was an amazing person on the show, a positive voice for those battling this disease and an inspiration to so many of us out there. Such sad news. RIP Diem! You left your mark on the world in a beautiful way. God Bless.
natalie walker - What a lovely woman to give so much of her journey to the world ! Share compassion to everyone you meet , you never know the hurdles they jump everyday!
stacey andrews sepp - May she rest in peace. Diem was such a fighter and a face for the fight against ovarian cancer, the deadliest of all gynecological cancers. My Mom passed away from this disease as well. It needs more awareness and advocacy to at least find an effective early detection test. Right now, there is nothing to detect it until it is already advanced and survival rates are very low. Sending love, prayers and comfort to her family.
ruth armendariz - She fought like a champ. Inspiration to us all. R.I.P.
liz burgos - Rest in peace Diem. Your positive attitude and voice will go on.
dolores costello demaio - This is so Tragic . To die this Young makes me feel so Frustrated that in this year of 2014 this has to happen. With all the years of research that there are still no Cures. My Friend died at 33 of Breast Cancer and this Story brings me back to her and how she Suffered. She left behind a Husband and 2 Beautiful Children.Prayers to Diem Browns Family and Friends. Rest in Peace, your Suffering is over .
lori smith - So sad!! God rest her beautiful soul!! :(
denise renee - This is so sad, I watched her on real world and the challenges. She was such a sweet girl and I know CT is heartbroken, as am I. Take your wings and fly sweet girl!
steven di leonardo - So sad. Wasn't this CT's gf?
mildred edwards - Bless your heart, Diem. You were a warrior and people paid attention. Now it is on to a cure.
kim von thaden- veltri - So very wrong. So many young people. Why can't pharmaceutical companies allow a cure to be found
kathy morgan - I had and survived Stage 4 colon cancer in 2010. It has come back in the remaining part of the colon that was not removed. I feel blessed for what I have been given, but oh so sad for those whom are taken.
vicki tallon - Such a wonderful soul lost way to soon. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. She was a fighter to the end. Now we should all keep fighting the cancer journey for her. Stand up to cancer!
cat failla - Rest in Peace, beautiful Diem. Your strength and courage will be your legacy. May your Family find solace in your passing knowing that your are no longer in pain. Your Spirit will be with us always.
donna laribee - So sad. My mother died from cancer at the age of 27. She left behind a 2 year old baby girl and a 1 year old baby boy. Hard to believe cancer takes women at such a young age. God bless her and her loved ones.
meegan kya wood - I have no idea who she is but its so sad. Cancer is evil and nobody deserves that fait. She is so young. God bless and we must find a cure!
