Gun Rights: Today is election day. I will not be participating in the scam anymore. When you vote, you continue to acknowledge that the government has a right to rule over you. I really don't care if anti-gunners win the election because if they do and they manage to pass laws, around 5% of the people will follow them and they won't be enforced. The founding fathers created the second amendment because they knew that using guns was the only way to bring down a tyrannical government, and that voting was completely useless. Sic Semper TyrannisComments:
matthew ryan testa - If you don't vote, then don't bitch about anything that happens in politics...
nicole schroeder - Idk bout promoting murder though.....
jamie martin - Lincoln was a tyrant, he had it coming
mark cather - Honestly, the only reason I follow this page is to see what moronic post the admin will put up next. Just when you think the posts can't possibly get more idiotic, he goes and proves us all wrong.
brit baber - Not only is this too far but this page just lost a like. Recently I've seen this page support terror and now I see murder. Good job for making people who own guns look like psychopaths. (Sarcasm)
jim patterson - Only reason I need to unlike a page. Ignorant shit and doing more harm to our rights than helping. See ya!
william whiskey romeo richardson - Our Founding Fathers put in place the system of voting. It is our first right.
luke ernest - We voted down a new school tax last time though... not entirely useless.
alexander paskwalski - thats a very stupid and edgy meme
kj stevens - I pay taxes I will bitch about politics weather I vote or not.
jarrett carter - Wow look at all the butt hurt statist fools commenting here. Smh
hunter joseph dunn - Well this is a good representation of everyone that supports gun rights huh? Thanks for making us look like idiots and giving me a reason to un follow this page.
chris mojica - If this post got you butthurt simply unfollow the page without bitching to everyone
josh young - Finally someone that I can agree with!!!! I'm tired of everyone telling me I should vote so I don't lose my rights.... I'm here like no I will gladly not vote and I will gladly die to stand up for what I believe in. A once again FREE COUNTRY,
michael rohde - You not voting is exactly what they want. You can't fix a problem by sitting on the outside and bitching about it. Also your pic was in very poor taste.
nathan bonde - The Two party system is a scam, we'll always have the same leader, he just gets a different face ever 4/8 years.
charles xavier - Hey!! Stupid asshole that runs this page!! Getting to choose who rules over me is my RIGHT!! Many people around the world don't have a right as to who is their master. OUR BRAVE SOLDIERS have died for our RIGHT to choose who gets to enslave us!! Smh. Go to Somalia!!
chris kleinjans - A always wondered what batshit stupid looked like when it achieved a critical mass, now I know.
chris stennie - Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
jerald donald konkel - Whoever is the administrator of this page is a moronic shit bag. I'm unfollowing this asshat
nicholas krasikov - That is your right but I respectfully disagree with your decision. The vote gives us the moral ground to use our weapons in defense of our liberty. If we vote, and the government denies us the voice we are guaranteed, it is the same as when the colonists demanded a hearing before the King. The King decided to deny them that appeal and they could then point to the attempt to stand on the moral ground of revolution. The franchise is designed to demand representation in the process of governance. It does not trump natural rights but enforces them without the last resort of violence. Your voice must be heard. Be heard in the ballot. Be heard in the protest. Then be heard in the report of the weapon when those fail. I do not desire the last, as it will be among our children, neighborhoods, and communities but if the other two fail, I would stand on the moral ground that said I tried it the other ways first. I do not expect to change your mind, as i am sure you have thought it out, but I wanted to explain why I will vote; even in the corrupt process we have now. God Bless.
- Why is that when I post stuff about the American revolutionaries using guns to get freedom it's (Type: status | Published: 2014-11-04T20:06:52+0000)
Gun Rights: Why is that when I post stuff about the American revolutionaries using guns to get freedom it's all positive feedback, but when I post something about John Wilkes Booth using a gun to defend freedom everyone freaks out?Comments:
gun rights - My theory is that people believe that whoever wins the war is right.
brandon gillman - Too many people think Lincoln was a great president.
john ivey - Supporting gun rights does not equal supporting assassination. Why is that so hard to understand?
nate richardson - Shooting someone in the back is a act of Cowardice.
Besides that, If Lincoln did do what many of you claim he did, show me the evidence.
pete simpson - Two different acts an john didnt use it for freedom
daniel sinsley - Defend freedom? John wilks booth used a gun because his "side" lost slavery
mark cather - Maybe because what Wilkes Booth stood for was slavery. You know, the opposite of freedom? Try cracking open a history book you might learn something.
ryan millsap - Because their brainwashed by the publicschool system, and the corporate media.
evan grems - Maybe because Booth ended up making things worse for the former Confederate states than they needed to be? Lincoln wanted a quick and as painless return to normalized relations as possible between the North and South. Radical elements in his party wanted to lay severe punishment on the southern states. When Booth killed Lincoln, he handed a huge propaganda tool to the radicals which they used very effectively to get harsher treatment for former CSA leaders.
jonathan evans - Some people are ignorant?
andrea tweedie - Because most people nowadays are ignorant morons with no critical thinking skills. Also because... 'Murica!
daniel wilson - Assassination does not effect policy change within our former of government. By the time JWB shot Lincoln, the war was over. If you want to present the men in gray as fighting for freedom, ok. JWB wasn't in any meaningful way.
jim miller - Most are taught that Lincoln was a hero and not the treasonous law breaker he was. His northern aggression destroyed state sovereignty and destroyed american lives for northern greed!
andreas graham - john wilkes booth using a gun to defend freedom? please stop distorting history.
tom lane - If you believe Jwb wanted freedom, you're retarded, go take a history class, he wanted his slaves back... That isn't defending freedom... I know this and I'm Canadian #learnyourownhistory
scott o'donal - How can a post like this come from an administrator of a gun rights page? This is sad! This is what divides pro gun people.
terrie michael boyett - Tom Lane, 1) less than 1% of the population owned slaves at the time of the Civil War, 2) the Civil War was fought mainly over a states right to govern itself & 3) Lincoln, although a good president, was a totalitarian.
emily spykerman - John Wilkes Booth didn't defend freedom.
Booth murdered a president who brought peace to our country.
chrystal mcgovern - Ummm the American revolutionaries were fighting for American freedom...John Wilkes Booth shot the president trying to help free people... Of course Americans are going to be proud of the revolutionaries and all they fought for.... John Wilkes Booth fought against every Americans right for freedom of course you are going to get negative feedback for portraying him in any sort of positive way.
richard potvin - The American Revolutionaries did it in time of war.
mark laythorpe - Muh Lincoln cult!
- I discouraged people from voting earlier today because I disagree with the idea of voting. A lo (Type: status | Published: 2014-11-04T20:18:16+0000)
Gun Rights: I discouraged people from voting earlier today because I disagree with the idea of voting. A lot of statists on this page got very angry and said that if I don't vote I shouldn't complain. A friend of mine sent me his voting history. 1992: Ross Perot 1996: Didn't vote due to laziness 2000:George Bush 2004:George Bush 2008: John McCain 2012: Gary Johnson After every election he complained about the government afterwards. Many liberals and conservatives yelled at him after he complained and gave the excuse. When your candidate wins, you have no right to be complain because you got what you wanted. When your candidate loses, you have no right to complain because you consented to the election results. If you vote 3rd party, you have no right to complain because you threw away your vote. If you don't vote, you have no right to complain because you could have made a difference but didn't. The government and media put these myths in place with the hopes that people will just stop complaining and go along with what they want.Comments:
ben burrows - Free men don't vote for masters
frank driggers - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efKguI0NFek
john collins - When I don't have to pay taxes I will stop complaining.
chad thompson - No. The only ones who lose their right to complain are the ones who do not vote. You have a civic responsibility to vote, to throw your voice down the ballot box with all the rest, winner gets the job. Voting third party is idealistic and "before it's time", and "an uphill battle", but at least you said something. Voting fkkn Mickey Mouse is stupid, but better than not voting at all.
By not voting, you surrender, even if your next step is to take up arms. I understand you're pissed because you think it's not worth it anymore, that ill-advised voters keep electing people who ruin the country, but the truth is stranger than that, more complacent, and way worse.
By not voting, you allow those ill-advised voters the luxury of _not having your vote to oppose them_. You might vote and lose, but if you do not vote, truly, YOU LET THEM WIN.
Voting is important. Fkkn do it.
david armbruster - People who say " If you dont vote, you dont have the right to complain " are morons. I usually just brush that type of ignorance off. As if the only way your voice can be heard in the political realm is if you participate in it. That is one of the most ignorant arguments ever conceived.
Think about that. If you dont vote, your opinion doesnt matter, and in some cases people say you dont have the right to vocalize those opinions, which is absolutely insane. It is the best way for group thinkers to eliminate someones free speech or original thought pertaining to the political realm.
chris walker - The more anarchist you get, the more I like this page. The logic is strong with this one.
jared trump - I pay my taxes, which in turn pays politicians. I'll bitch all I want.
mark norman - You still have every right to complain. The government, on many levels is still stealing your money via taxation. I didn't vote today and I have every right to complaint about the assholes you elect.
pixie endrizzi - I vote on initiatives but generally not on people. I won't vote for someone who wants to take away my rights. Whether they are my rights as an atheist queer woman, or, my rights as a freedom loving fun owner.
noelen no - Voting is force through peace.
eric keller - Let's not do shit to try n make a change but cry n complain about the way things are though
eddy thomas - And I'm unfollowing this page. If you can't find it in you to vote for someone who will fight for gun rights, you may as well delete this page.
matt hutnyk - Blaming non-voters for the outcome of elections and telling them they can't complain about the results is like blaming non-drivers for car accidents and highway pile-ups and scorning them for insisting that people drive safer.
joe latino - The idea of not voting has a much longer track record that most people put to the side & actually, the non-voter has been winning the majority of US elections for over 75 years now. Everyone has the right to complain, very few actually do something about it. You've stated a FB page & probably done a great deal of other things. Those things are more than most people do anyway. Even people who vote pretty much just do only that.
ray romero - If you only vote one more time, then pink unicorns will fart rainbows.
robert short - go to hell shit head
carlos luevano - Ericka Luevano Carolina Escoto
watt smith - Generally when watt's candidate wins watt admits he was wrong and complains.
ryan cuzzort - I can't believe how many idiots believe voting matters
markez rodriguez - I've voted and nothing has changed for the better. All I know is that corporations buy votes in congress. We in turn fund the corporations, maybe we should start voting for corporations instead of "leaders".
quinn cochrane - If you don't like the people running then spoil your ballet, its still exercising the rights men died for to give you

Gun Rights: Unfortunately, in this case our hero was shot multiple times and had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital where is in serious condition. However, his actions are nothing short of amazingly heroic. A man who said he was having trouble with his car convinced Kenneth Byrd, age 67, to open his door.Comments:
elizabeth fernandez chapman - All three should be dead
brad buffington - Soon we will hear from Al, Jesse, and Oprah about what a racist the Grandfather is! Too bad he didn't kill all three of them!
john collins - Where is Rosie O'Donell spewing her garbage about gun control now? Sounds like the grandfather has great gun control.
leonard hermankevich - They got what they deserved. All should be dead. That I have🔫🔫🔫

trey titler - $20 says that the grandfather will be charged with murder, attempted murder, hate crime, and all 3 of these douche nozzels will be painted as angels. apparently that's the way the world works now.
micah parrish - I won't share this because pics are of the attackers not the hero.
david pena - Good job grandpa
nieves margarita - Their not even men just some Crum bums worthless pieces of shit... that should die
nathan thompson - Drag the survivors out in a street and put them down! Sorry sacks of shit!
judy boakes - Liberals will say it was the grandfather's fault.
luis miranda - Ive read too many of these stories before and about 80% end up with the Hero or savior being convicted if this is one of those cases then all hope in humanity is gone. Clearly a Hero and I hope he pulls through.
jeb blatche - Scum of the earth i would of shot them too!
ron lilly - I hope the grandfather recovers fully. Glad that he was able to meet force with force.
desiree vargas - Eww why his facial hair going down his neck SMH dumb lazy thugs...go get a job you pieces of shit!!!

- It is legal to carry a firearm inside starbucks, target, jack in the box, chipotle, and every o (Type: status | Published: 2014-10-26T22:09:28+0000)
Gun Rights: It is legal to carry a firearm inside starbucks, target, jack in the box, chipotle, and every other place that gun control advocates claimed to have banned guns in. It is only illegal to carry if you are asked to leave- but if you are concealing it they would have no way of knowing.Comments:
dennis burton - It's illegal if they have a sign posted saying carrying is banned. And obviously if you are asked to leave. At least that's my understanding. I always look for such signs before I enter an establishment.
william s. carey - California had an open carry law until this conservative hero changed everything in May of 1967!! I don't hear anyone saying anything about this at all!!
brian malloy - Sign or no sign im still carrying 1st they dont even know i have it and 2nd im sure if some asshole came in trying to jihad some people that the police or the establishment wouldnt really hold it against you if you stopped that person.
kathleen brenner - That's the beauty of concealed ;)
ryan fleming - At least Kroger has held out.
josh hunter - They have the right to put up a sign saying i can't carry a gun on their property and i have the right to take my business elsewhere. That's the beauty of a free market economy.
jen magana - Sign on door means they just don't get my business or my money
bryan harvey - Say you have a CCW and walk into a gun-free zone. A psycho starts shooting and you stop them. Guess who goes to jail. You. Why? because defending yourself is bad. Especially when the government intends to control you.
raymond alaniz - I have never seen a 30.06 at target.
bryan turner - Keep it up folks commenting on Facebook that you will carry against laws where signs are upheld in court and it won't be long before we lose our rights. Simple solution they don't want your money so give it to someone else.
matt hutnyk - It's not illegal to carry. It's their preference that you don't.
There are no legal ramifications. The worst they can do is deny you service and ask you to leave.
brian orluk - I have noticed more and more little signs entering businesses that express "no firearms". But that sign only is for legal educated gun owners. Crooks and physio' s carry everyhwere regardless of rules/laws. The signs usually say "NO BARE FEET" "NO SPITTING" ETC as well.
jennifer lopez geagley - Read the damn post people. These places DO NOT ban it. It is LEGAL to carry in them
bertimus prime - If a company has a policy to not carry a gun, and they ask you to leave because of it, the only trouble you can get into is trespassing, and that is only if you don't leave. That is the glory of capitalism, you can take your business elsewhere to a place that holds similar values to you. Unless you are a company that doesn't want to make a cake for a specific customer, then you lose your rights.
eric douglas crane - Why support a company that does not support your Civil Rights? They don't want my business. I am happy to oblige.
james theman - This varies state to state. Check your local statutes. That should be added to the original post.
clayton burkland - But you still want to give your money to a place like that..?
willie lee - In that case, you don't need a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
el ferdinand - I live in Virginia and I open carry while going into Chipotle all the time
taylor ray harris - I refuse to listen to there stupid rules. I'll never go into a Starbucks anyways.
frank legerski - Don't go there. When they lose enough business they might change their thinking.
- Many people constantly tell gun owners that the second amendment is useless because a revolutio (Type: status | Published: 2014-10-27T04:27:13+0000)
Gun Rights: Many people constantly tell gun owners that the second amendment is useless because a revolution is not possible. Eric Frein has been able to evade an army of over 1,000 cops for nearly 7 weeks now- while the town is basically under martial law. Just imagine what would happen if there was someone like Eric Frein in every state. The government would be freaking out. Imagine if there were 20 people like Frein in every state. Now think of 20 different teams of 3-5 people fighting the government in each state. That would make it impossible for 1,000 cops to go up against each person. After months of this, with massive defects from the police, it would be enough to bring the government down- or force them to declare martial law which would make things much worse for them in the long run. If 3% of gun owners (or 1%) of the population took up arms against the government we would outnumber them. When they can't win while being outmatched 1000-1, what do you think the results would be if it was 1-1? Or if they had 1 for every 3 people fighting? I sincerely hope that it doesn't have to come this because I don't want to see good people die, but it is a possibility. If there was an all out revolution, the people would win.Comments:
ryan a-town - Until the drone strikes rain hellfire missiles down on us lol
bryan garland - The way I see it, if Egyptians can overthrow a government with Twitter sticks and stones, a mass of angry drunk freedom loving rednecks with AR-15s could do a real number.
john beatty - Until we block the signal with a high voltage spark gap emitter and flood radio frequencies with interference, then drone gets sad and flies home under auto pilot
tony elgordo araiza - You can't make an omelet without breaking a few good eggs. Remember your history that's all we got left against the machine.
william paco fmsg wasik - This sounds so familiar...where have I heard this idea...?
Oh wait, I remember:
You know, if
One person, just one person does it they may think he's really sick and
They won't take him. And if two people, two people do it, in harmony,
They may think they're both faggots and they won't take either of them.
And three people do it, three, can you imagine, three people walking in
Singin a bar of Alice's Restaurant and walking out. They may think it's an
Organization. And can you, can you imagine fifty people a day,I said
Fifty people a day walking in singin a bar of Alice's Restaurant and
Walking out. And friends they may thinks it's a movement.
And that's what it is , the Alice's Restaurant Anti-Massacre Movement, and
All you got to do to join is sing it the next time it come's around on the
paul t. sedon - There are more hunters in the woods on the opening day of rifle deer season in PA then there are local, state, and federal agents in the whole country. They don't stand a chance.
don carey - When is this revolution going to start all I here is talk I want the U.S. To look like Syria cities reduced to rubble, no water or food, dead bodies littering the streets kids killed everywhere yes rise up in a bloody revolution it would be great and you can feast on the dead children! Most Americans have never been to war smelled war hell almost no one has seen a dead body except in a casket! You talk big but when it comes down to it you will do nothing!
joseph haloboy west - The people always win. We did in the Revolutionary War, we did in the Civil War and the Nazis almost won WWII despite being outnumber and surrounded on all fronts as well. If the Russians didnt cooperate with the rest of the Allies, the Axis would have won. Numbers dont amount to much, when you have something to fight for, instead of a tax payer paycheck.
jim west - But also, the sad part is that I believe that today, the majority of the population would actually side with the government.
arthur pine - While I get what your saying, Your forgetting the level of firepower and training the Military has to combat this type of behavior. Not too Mention you could never get enough to fight. Just my observation in the end the resistance would loose as they always do. You can not fight a civil war like that bud, the average person would not stand for you killing their freinds and families. If you really want to affect change through violence of action you need to adjust your target. Fight the policy makers not the people who carry out their mis deeds. Think about it; people need to earn a living and there are people who are draw to that type of work such as Police and Military. You have to get rid of the bad policy makers make them afraid only when you do that will they stop attacking our freedom. I am not condoning violent action against the government, I am simply stating that you have you eye on the wrong sight picture.
corey marshall iii - Too bad there is literally like 0.05% of people in the states with the kind of expertise and know how of frein. I'm all for putting up a fight, and knowing my home terrain but I know I could not hide anywhere near as well as he
drew blasko - I was in the marine corps, and if there was a good cause to overthrow the government that i personally believed in, i would have left and fought for the people. After all i swore to protect the CONSTITUTION (not the government) against ALL enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC. Im sure i wasn't the only one in the military that thought that. So take that into consideration as well.
matt stampfler - There's well over 300,000,000 people in the US. Like they say it only takes 3%, that's 9,000,000 people. There's ruffly 2,000,000 in the military and probably safe to say there is less then a million LE and other govt agency's. Even if we way over inflated the numbers and said 1,500,000 LE/govt personnel, that's still well over a 2:1 ratio. That's if and only If no one defects from the Mil/LE/Govt. So please tell me how can't a revolution happen???????
e.j. thompson - Until the country is returned to the people it will not change. Big business runs this country and will until the people have had enough. Then it will be too late. We must bring our children up knowing that and try to teach them how to reverse it. Civil war will only get a lot of people killed. It won't change government. Politicians are owned by big business. Buy local, stay out of Walmart and support local farmers. That's a start. But people are spoilt, they want easy and convenient. They will give up their rights to have it done for them. They don't want to face reality.
don carey - You want change start voting out the people that have been in office 40 years or more! The problem with our country is you only have lawyers and lots of millionaires in office we need the everyday joe to run for office the plumber, mail guy, etc
Second thing is money out of politics that means people like the Koch brothers need to
Stop spending millions on races in other states to advance there agenda, the founding fathers where against one or two people having that much control there called KINGS
john kennedy - toe to toe , yes , but with the military complex and the weaponry , it would be a blood bath . , unless the military was on the peoples side . which is slowly dismantled . !
ronald torrez - I would hope that our soldiers(and others called upon), to disarm us would not fire upon fellow citizens and disobey any orders to do so!
pat disney - then I look around, not all cops and military are bad, i would believe the desertion rate would be astronomical if government turned on the people.
pat disney - the estimate is roughly 14 million hunters, and 200 million armed citizens. looking at the charts provided by the FBI, on average nation wide there are 3.5 Leo's per 1000 citizens. when you take into account that little fact, then consider that law enforcement totals actually out number the military?? it's pretty impressive, its also kind of laughable that some people think the government would be foolish enough to goad the citizens into an armed confrontation. http://www2.fbi.gov/ucr/cius2009/data/table_70.html

chris gallman - I'm confused. She spends over $100 as a protest? Please protest my business next.
joe sherrill - guns dont kill people people kill people
steve smith - So much ammo (no pun intended), so little time. What idiots!
robert tanksley - Well if you dont like my guns yooooouuuu can get the fuck ooooouuuttt. Merica
dustin smith - If she feels this strongly about guns, she should move to a third world country with strict gun control... And no groceries.
albert castro - But it's true it's not safe at Walmart the police going to shoot people with toys
james theman - She just made a contribution to the official distribution arm of the People's Republic of China which they will use to buy guns......
roger moore - If she didn't feel safe then she probably wouldn't have gotten 38 items. She was just looking for something to complain about. I hate people like that
chris beall - She went to Walmart and spent money in protest of Krogers ??????? I work for walmart in southeast area . We sell guns ! It dont stop shoppers feom spending that money .
josh westwood - Funny she posted it to Kroger which is a totally different company than walmart
patrick sandoval - Funny because all the king supers/krogers that I've been to in denver all have armed guard.
andrew folsom - Nothing say America more than shopping for guns at Walmart
chad vincent iv - She sounds like a hypocrit. does she feel safe when a trooper is the only one with a gun in a courtroom?
jenny smith - GUN CONTROL?? The best way to acquire that is using BOTH hands!!
j. terrell butler - I have no complaints about guns. I just hope those who have them use them properly.
Exercise good gun control. Hit your target!!
chuck boyd - Ever hear of one stop shopping? Lol
cody johns - Getting a new shotgun soon. I'm not going to Walmart, because you would not believe how much they overcharge. There's a local business here called Cherry's. Their prices are about 70% of Walmart's.
james jacobson - Bought my first gun at Wally World ! Not anymore ! Lucky if i find any ammo I need once a month !
vanessa blanda - That is the dumbest correlation when it comes to guns. Seriously, it must've taken this woman a long time to gain that much stupidity about guns and the relationship to walmart and groceries.

adam loehr - Cop needs to be locked up
dan pieper - The constitution has been dead for years.
And all the old people that bitch about the "younger generation" are the ones that let it happen

cr chris - Good. Next time she will think twice before interfering with police investigation.
papichulo lopez - God is watching everyone
jason kessler - I'm sorry but that is threatening the life of an innocent because the mother was expressing her first amendment rights. That officer should have been shot!
wacky rick - You should've follow directions

debra richardson - My question is what is wrong with the people that just stood and recorded it? I don't care if they took me to jail or not i would be stepping in and doing something about it not just taping it!!!! This is what is wrong with a lot of our country. People think as long as you get it on video you are ok. How about people start taking action and stick up for one another!!! Yes recroding it does help but taking action stops it!!!!

ken overbee - So youre advocating killing a police officer, Really... What admin posted this?
joe preciado - I heard this from a detective, cops now a day are nothing but punks with a badge and a gun.
He retired not too long ago.
jenn ferdico harrison - She wasn't at a protest she was in a restaurant eating dinner with her family!!! And they just walked outside the restaurant and they grabbed her 17 year old son and said they had the right to frisk him.the cop recognized him from a violation he got arrested for a year prior.so he thought he had the right to frisk him. The mother who was pregnant said get off my son and they threw her to the ground stomach down hit her and tased her on her stomach. They could have hurt that child.her was a minor with his parent and a couple other family members that all they did was go out to a family dinner and leave the restaurant! They put not just one child but 2 children in danger and I think she should press charges.ppl don't realize they don't have to wait for the state t decide to press charges.she can go into internal affairs and press personal assault charges for her and her son and being she's over 6 months pregnant she can press charges for assault and attempted murder to that baby.she does have that legal right civilians' can press charges on an officer.u can press charges on anyone! Just cause u have a badge doesn't exempt u from the law! No one is above it!!!! I luv most cops I have friends that r responsible cops and some family members who are cops who r responsible as well. So I'm not against them.and they don't advertise that ppl can press charges but yes u can !!!! U can get restraining orders against cops as well! NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW! AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE THAT ALOT OF CIVILIANS JUST DON'T KNOW THE LAWS AND HOW OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM WORKS CAUSE THEY DON'T FUCK WITH THE PPL WHO DO KNOW THE LAWS AND THE JUSTICE SYSTEM!!! PPL ALWAYS SAY RICH PPL GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING! THEY DONT THEY JUST HIRED THE PPL THAT KNOW THE LAW AND THE JUSTICE SYSTEM INSIDE AND OUT.. THATS HOW U HAVE A 17 COMING OUT OF A RESTAURANT IN A HISPANIC NEIGHBORHOOD MINDING HIS BUSINESS WITH HIS PREGNANT MOTHER WHO GETS THROWN UP AGAINST A POLICE CAR CAUSE THE COP KNEW HIM AND HIS MOTHER WHO TRIED TO PRITECT HER CHILD GETS THROWN ON THE GROUND AND HER PREGNANT STOMACH TASED AND WE HAVE A 16 YEAR OLD WHO DROVE DRUNK AND HIGH AND KILLED 4PPL AND GOT PROBATION CAUSE HE HAS EXPENSIVE ATTORNEYS WHO CONVINCED 12IDIOTS THAT HE WAS TO RICH TO KNOW BETTER.YET AN INNOCENT KID COMING OUT OF A RESTAURANT AND HIS MOM GETS TASED IN HER PREGNANT STOMACH FOR NO REASONAT ALL. NO IF THEY WEREN'T HISPANIC AND LIVED IN THE MONEY PART OF MANHATTAN AND HAD A TEAM OF LAWYERS ON SPEED DIAL THAT SHIT NEVER WOULD OF HAPPENED! IF THEY WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT OF A $150.00 A PLATE RESTAURANT AND HIS MOTHER WAS WEARING A GUCCI BAG AND $1000.00 SHOES THAT KID COULD OF HAD THOSE FOUR MURDER CHARGES ON HIM THAT THAT OTHER KID HAD ON HIM AND THOSE COPS WOULDN'T OF HAD THE BALLS TO FUCK EITHER OF THEM AND WE ALL KNOW THAT SHIT IS TRUE!!!

- Arizona ruling says police can temporarily take guns
A new Arizona court ruling says police (Type: photo | Published: 2013-07-31T18:27:38+0000)
Gun Rights: Arizona ruling says police can temporarily take guns
A new Arizona court ruling says police can take temporary custody of a person's gun for officer-safety reasons even if the person's contact with police was voluntary.
A man appealing a firearms misconduct conviction argued that Phoenix police wrongfully took his gun after he agreed to talk with officers on a street in a high-crime area.
An Arizona law allows police to take temporary custody of firearms during encounters with people, and the Court of Appeals ruled that includes times when a person is not in custody and merely in consensual contact with police.
The ruling says that gives police flexibility while safeguarding the rights of lawfully armed individuals.
A dissenting judge argued that the law only applies when there's an "investigative" stop based on reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.
oscar blank - I'd still rather live there any day. Compared to CA, AZ is like gun owner's heaven.
kathy brumley - It certainly is unconstitutional. If a person is not being detained or arrested then where is your probable cause to do anything other than talk to them?
christopher j. hubbell - Won't be talking to Arizona Law Enforcement any time soon... the state will see a negative effect associated with this ruling... law abiding citizens are going to refrain from interacting with LEOs to report crimes, offer eye witness testimony at the scene of a crime, etc... this ruling is gonna bite 'em in the ass...!
joseph chapman - UNCONSTITUTIONAL! That judge needs to be disbarred. He should know better than to say that.
bobby curtiss - Based on the alleged statements, this would be a violation of our second amendment.
ken pk - Great way to ensure that people who own guns NEVER talk to the police...and if they do, they will delay talking to them until they can secure their guns, potentially causing life-threatening delays in police actually doing what they are paid to do.
richard mgtow - They cannot if it violates the constitution.
matthew crawford - Sounds like a good reason to stay away from Arizona
keith estanol - Really? In Arizona?
nathan wruck - Yea they need to fix that cops are gonna abuse that so bad,
ham hammer - Californication. Like Colorado.
james curtis royster - FUCK OFF ARIZONA
eric fort - They can have my gun when the take it from my cold, dead, fingers! The court be damned!
jerry lee hedges - Looks like a good reason to just avoid the police then

patrick akers - If you can figure out how to do it Dakota go on to Utube and look up Travons Criminal History Record and his Fight Club Record. Maybe if you knew that he had to beat homeless men for his gang initiation you might take a different view. Stop looking at pictures of Trayvon and believing what these racial agitators tell you. Try using your brain for a change and stop being a racist sheep!
justin paschall - Bah bah black sheep....
patrick akers - Yea and if his mother hadn't kicked him out of her house in Miami because of gang activity and drugs he wouldn't have been there for Zimmerman to follow. We can play this WHAT IF, WHAT IF game all day but you are starting to sound like the prosecution.
jacqueline charles rab - I watched an interesting video on that boy. He was kicked out of school for being in a fight club. He had been kicked out of his home 3 times. He was addicted to "Lean". He had gone to the store to buy 2/3 of the concoction. He was extremely sexually active. Lean makes you very aggressive. This was no sweet, good boy. He was trouble.
ashley trixy barton - I don't care how pissed off you are, wishing death on someones innocent children is pathetic. And right after you bring God into it.. Some Christian you are. Just giving all the GOOD Christians a bad name.
matt jenkins - I choose to ignore this stuff, or else I would hate my country with a passion.
patrick akers - To Anthony: So what if he was unarmed? If he was minding his business he would of gone straight home to watch the all star game. He chose instead to wait for Zimmerman to catch up to teach him a lesson. Flight or fight. He chose fight. How did that work out for him?
jesse allatt - Bla bla race bla bla enough about race ... How about some real life issues people
betty jean downing - Its a horrible thought that this is what our society cares about and will march for. Looting and destroying public and personal property is no way to honor someones memory.

jeremy c lee - And to the stupid fuckin bitch mysti what kind of person are you for wishing death on peoples children? And you talk about god in the same post? You madam are the worst kind of person and I can only hope that someone like you gets whatever kind of horrible shit you deserve and if you have kids they never find out how big a piece if shit you are...

- Arkansas school to arm teachers with concealed weapons
CLARKSVILLE, Ark. -- As Cheyne Dougan (Type: status | Published: 2013-07-31T01:56:26+0000)
Gun Rights: Arkansas school to arm teachers with concealed weapons CLARKSVILLE, Ark. -- As Cheyne Dougan rounded the corner at Clarksville High School, he saw three students on the floor moaning and crying. In a split-second, two more ran out of a nearby classroom. "He's got a gun," one of them shouted as Dougan approached with his pistol drawn. Inside, he found one student holding another at gunpoint. Dougan aimed and fired three rounds at the gunman. Preparing for such scenarios has become common for police after a school shooting in Connecticut last December left 20 children and six teachers dead. But Dougan is no policeman. He's the assistant principal of this school in Arkansas, and when classes resume in August, he will walk the halls with a 9 mm handgun. Dougan is among more than 20 teachers, administrators and other school employees in this town who will carry concealed weapons throughout the school day, making use of a little-known Arkansas law that allows licensed, armed security guards on campus. After undergoing 53 hours of training, Dougan and other teachers at the school will be considered guards. Source: https://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/arkansas-school-arming-teachers-article-1.1412540Comments:
mike fatthead cellucci - They should do this almost everywhere.
bryan harvey - Anti gun idiots need to realize that a lot of CCW holders carry because they accept reality and realize anything is possible, not because they like to feel macho, powerful, or to compensate for something. No one is ever truly safe. At least with a weapon on you, there's a chance you can make it out alive.
lisa martin - I carry. I believe my gun is like my God. I have Him. I don't care if you don't. I care that I do. I won't force my God or my gun down your throat...unless you put me in a situation where I have no other viable choice.
chris hess - Most ccw holders are realist, better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Hope to God I never need it....
talbert reynolds - Don't you hate when the liberal anti gun media says all the what if situations. At least the children and teachers will have a fighting chance. They have NO CHANCE in schools with no guns.
brenda echols - Yes about time. The government is not going to protect our children. We, as parents, teachers, administrators, etc are going to have to do it for all our children's sake. Way to go Arkansas! I am going to loom into the laws on Louisiana to see if we have the same thing somewhere in our laws.
robert w mckinney - In the hands of a totally sane man or woman a conceled weapon should be no problem anywhere needed!!!!
jason keene - What surprises me is why doesn't every school in the US not have this implemented years ago?...
janet cicco - hell yes!! all schools need to do this
austin tyler perry ruffin - Shane, no student should ever have an opportunity to take if these teachers are responsible gun owners and carriers. And should it cross a students mind to take the gun, the concept of some 30-odd other armed people in the building at that exact moment should give them a bit of pause...
dean hohenberg - The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun, LP
shane kelley - All schools should allow this
barbara bohn - I like Dean's comment! It takes a good gun to stop a bad gun!
william ward - good going from Clarksville, Tennessee
mike gioia - I live in Connecticut not to far from where that shooting happened and this will be the last place they would allow this. It makes no sense. You would think they would be all for this idea, considering it happened here, but oh no we are going to make it a gun-free zone so it's easier for the criminal to kill more people. At my school we have one police officer, but even thats a joke because at this size of my school a maniac could kill dozens before help arrives. I agree 100% with this law and would feel a lot safer as a student if it was allowed here!!!
nick webb - First a school in Missouri, now here. This is definitely a step in the right direction! Having citizens such as teachers (who have been trained) with a weapon able to defend his/her class is so much better than a police officer or two, who are just asleep in the front office...
michael w. hilliard - If I had a kid I'd send them there for sure!
andrew circle - This is fantastic!!! It keeps schools safer and greatly decreases the threat of a mass casualty shooting and it's cheaper than hiring an actual guard. What's not to love?!
shane coole-faircloth - The only thing iffy about this, its the possibility of a student snagging the gun from the unsuspecting carrier.
jim minor - If my kids were in that school I would want someone trusted to be able to protect my children
tina webster - Hope they do it at more schools... :-)
