NBC News: But how did it get up there?Comments:
James Kang - All you dumb people saying helicoptor and stuff...it was clearly Superman who did it !
Donna Lussier - It's Obama's fault.
Esteban Cazarez - They hired a few vatos from East LA to disassemble and assemble the car in 1 hour. Easy..
Stacey Russell - its a transformer! bumble bee's brother, he obviously climbed up there!
Steven Basso - There doing it because when the first mustang in 64 was built they put it on the top of the Empire state building and since it's been 50 years that's why there doing it
Thomas G. Kitchen - NO, King Kong did it! And in '64 too!
Paul Strause - When you have money,,, you can do almost anything...
David Gregors - I'm guessing it broke down up there.
David Hendrick Behrens - Hillary flew it up there on her Broom...........
Ricco Ricardo Smith - Well maybe Ford use the freight elevator.
Kevin Loughnane - this question ranks with how did the cream filling get inside a Twinkie!
Dayton Jens Sander - They built it piece by piece up there for the 50th anniversary :)
Paul Gottshall Jr. - better yet, why?
David Hamm - Some people will do anything to get a parking spot in Manhattan
Larry DeFilippis - If it were a Jeep or Toyota it would have been driven up!
Tommy Steers - Finally Ford makes an accurate and symbolic statement of their high prices!
Eric Niel Inman - NBC you're late the hot rodder world has known for days.... They took it apart and hauled it up in pieces and the put it back together.
Phillip Irish - Teletransporting is Alive and Well. Beam me up Scotty. Aye, Capt.
Jason A Lekas - Helicopter come on people
Dan Williams - My junior year of HS, the seniors (auto shop) put the teachers' cars on top of the school roofs.
School had to order a crane to get them down. No one ever told how they got them on the roofs, during the day, with no one noticing.
Jacob Matthew - Article sponsored by Ford

NBC News: "GM chose to use the ignition switch that would fail as your customers were driving innocently on the highway.”Comments:
Lance Lengkeek - For those of you that didn't bother to read the article, or aren't familiar with ignition switches. The ignition switch is not where the key goes in. The switch is separate. Imagine driving down the highway and your car shuts off. You lose powering steering and power brakes. If the switch shuts completely off, it could lock the steering wheel and you won't be able to steer period.
Charles L Claitty - I hope their family sue the hell out of these greedy terrorist bandits!!!
Richard Steven Jones - Didn't we learn anything from Fight Club?
Rick Palm - As though this is news! The goal of corporations in this County is profit over safety. Remember the Ford Pinto? It was cheaper to pay out death claims than fix the problem, exploding gas tanks when hit from the rear when a simple part would fix the problem. The corporations are part of the 1% in this Country who could care less about the other 99%. And the goal of the GOP is to get rid of intrusive government regulations so these corporations, the GOP is financially supported by corporations, can continue as normal, profit over safe products.
Charlie Johnson - Obama doesnt run GM. Ford had the same issue 10 years ago. Windshields that dont fit. Cmon people, its all about the money. Quality isnt number 1, just the first thing they are TAUGHT to say.
Charlie Johnson - Uh hello??? Every car manufacture does things like this hoping it only doesnt get this tragic. You go to any car or truck plant in the country and see how many vehicles they have in the repair lot(s). Not only on site but any large parking lot they can rent. They know exactly what they are doing. Its cheaper to pay damages in a law suit than to stop, contain, and fix the problem before releasing to the public.
Anthony Keuler - These car companies are rushing all this new technology out on the market that's unproven and unreliable. That's why I prefer older models, they were proven and reliable.
Lorena McGovern - Corporations are people, so try them for murder and send them to prison.
Tommy Curran - Obama's Govt Motors at its best!
I'd rather walk than drive a POS Govt Motors vehicle.
Michael Hullings - I had a 2005 Cobolt that shut off on me 6 x's. But I knew to put it in neutral, and restart it. Can I enter a lawsuit???
Ramiro Balderas Jr - 1.00$ saving over a million cars adds up quick file bankruptcy and let the customers bail you out and let the bonuses begin !!!!!
Peggy Brent Finnegan - I can't imagine the horror of driving along to have the car unexpectedly die... no steering, no brakes and then, no airbag. Criminal charges should be lodged here. This is worse than negligence.
Sean D. Babchuk - Remember the guy from "fight club"? Obviously it was cheaper to deal with a few deaths then the cost of re-calling all vehicles of with the bad switches...it's a game of numbers and it's depressing
Carmen Gradin - yes. 57 cents per car !
Cassandra J Dunbar - it's ALWAYS about the money...
Lindsey Varnell-Kuykendall - Yep and the dealership isn't returning my phone call
Mike Moore - Glad I walked away from GM after the second time I paid $700 for a failed gasket due to their corrosive, new - CHEAP - antifreeze they began to use in the late 90's. Won't go back ...
Art E Gonzalez - savings instead aof safety should they be liable????????
Bill Lynch - No shock. American companies care only about profit, even at the risk of innocent lives. This country is getting so pathetic....it is definitely not the America that I signed up to serve.
Cynthia Watts - Its always bout the money. Cheap parts & cheap labor
Bill Gagne - This was news over a month ago! Why are you posting this now?

NBC News: Police response times have gotten longer in recent years, The Denver Post reported, with the Denver police chief blaming budget constraints that have prevented the city from hiring any new officers since 2008.Comments:
Jeff Autrey - They have a lot of weed money now to hire some officers.
Christina VanDyne - it amazes me how NOW all of the sudden, marijuana is being blamed for people going crazy. Marijuana has been around FOREVER and has not resulted in anyone going this kind of crazy. If the marijuana is laced with another drug, then yes i can see the connection. But by itself, marijuana is not a violent drug AT ALL. This guy had a screw loose in his head and that's all there is to it. And shame on the Denver PD for taking so long to respond to the call, there is no excuse. I hope her kids are able to eventually find peace and healing after this tragedy.
Christopher Greer - Instead of 911 call Glock 9 MM
Damian Maina - America. ..where pizza delivery is faster than 911 responders
David C. Yeager - We send trillions of dollars over seas in aid and yet can't hire police and other vital services here. Hmmm, makes me wonder.
Pam Moll - marijuana does not make people hallucinate and murder other people
Jami Parker - I can't believe they're actually trying to blame this incident on marijuana! Give me a break!
Mike George - I would suggest people actually READ the story, before making the extremely ignorant comments about "she shoulda had a gun".....it WAS their gun, and her husband KILLED her with it. They were in HER HOUSE, and she was killed by the gun from WITHIN HER HOUSE. You're suggesting that every single member of every single household, should be packing loaded sidearms, in order to NOW protect themselves from one another?!? Simply brilliant. You don't have a leg to stand on here people. Save a li'l grace and dignity........and go troll elsewhere.
Candy Ellman Johannes - Well I don't call 911 cause I have no reason to right now. But if I did, I'd want someone there ASAP. This is horrible. A glaring example of wanting lower and lower taxes. People want the services but don't want to pay for them.
Karolynn A Seidler - And, as a Neuroscience (major) Graduate, I must chime in...
Marijuana has NEVER been shown to increase violence.
Cheap talk from people in high places (pun intended) trying to cover their behind!
Dven Hologram - the pot had nothing to do with this man's murderous tendency. if that were the case, we'd remember Woodstock Music Festival as a bloodbath.
Graham Daily - Cops are too busy writing parking tickets and other BS
Tina Winter - Shameful, you may need budget cuts.....but you never cut out the Fire dept or the Police!!!!
Jeffrey Cooke - that's why we need guns
Lisa Watkins-Tkacz - The 911 operator should have told her to take her children and leave the house until police arrive.
Brenda Nicely Hanwright - He "took marijuana" before killing his wife. What a crock. We will be hearing that on every crime. People in high places really want the legalization repealed!!!
Joe Stabenow - How many murders happen every year involving alcohol? Don't blame weed for this mans actions.
Roy Norbom - Blame crazy, not weed.
Terry Roper - Smoking reefer don't. Make you go crazy. .That MF was a nut job period.
David Chan - Love how they are trying to pin it on marijuana. Way to use a tragedy to try to score political points. The opponents of legalization are going to continue to do that so be prepared.
Paul Bucklaw - And there was a time that ambulance were free and you didn't get charged to put out a fire. People pay higher taxes and get less service.

NBC News: WATCH LIVE: Obama, Biden to deliver remarks on jobs at Pa. college http://nbcnews.to/1l8xrtfComments:
Mark Luedtke - Thanks for the heads up, Switching the channel, not gonna listen to these ***holes, should be a quick remark though, there are non, we are in a recession remember.
Joyce L. Olson - I hope it's Obama and Biden saying they're resigning their jobs!
Zach Mescher - There are none. End of coverage
John Deering - What does he know about jobs? Other than how to kill jobs every time he picks up a pen.
Linda Hamilton Yale - Please, spare us...
Timothy Wingate - Get ready for your communist indoctrination. There are no jobs available. Obama is reading right from his favorite book. The COMMUNIST Manifesto. The naive think that the Democrats/ liberals / socialist / communist agendas really create wealth and jobs. Its more like wealth redistribution and taxed to death. Big government spending deficits and growing the government. What a shame. The worst economic growth ever. And yeah it may have started before Obama took office , but the liberal cronyism has created people being totally dependant on the government. He knows nothing about jobs. Barry comes from the school of George Soros. A known communist.
Steve Hunt - Let me guess his speech will be work less and food stamp more because I kill businesses with my outrageous taxes?
Santo J DeStefano - Tyler the only thing these guys run is there mouths...worst leaders in our history.
Sandra Gudiño - No thanks. I need to go pull weeds. Much more important than those two clowns..
Dan Smith - Did they both bring a shovel?
Annie Wulfert - I rather watch law and order then listen to our stupid democratic president deliver lies on TV
Becky Stout-Hunter - How come the obama administration suddenly starts worrying about what matters to the people right around elections? Just saying...
Andy Stiles - The employment rate number is a gigantic BS number. Any person that actually believes it shouldn't be allowed to discuss politics
Mark Breitenfeldt - You've got to be kidding! What's the empty suit going to say~Does he have a new idea to make the economy evan worse?-I can't wait until after the elections when we can Impeach the skinny socialist!-At least 6 months of President Biden will be good for a laugh or two! :)
Jessica Stann - They just keep saying the same ol same over and over. Nothing new.
Dennis Soucie - Who cares who these idiots have to say !
How could this be news ?
Howard Ray - And you libtard Obamabots will have more coverage of it than of the armed confrontation on the Bundy ranch between the government and US citizens. Lamestream media is pathetic.
Vic Caban - No thanks. I've heard enough lies for the day. Maybe tomorrow.
Ryan Shipley - Cue irrational Obama hate in 3...2...1
Chad Bush - what better place to arrest them! both at the same place at same time!!
Joe Gaffney - Whatever they propose, it will be costly to American taxpayers.

NBC News: “What we say is, was there a missed opportunity? Was there some kind of a red flag?” http://nbcnews.to/1eSSPPmComments:
Ken Bouchard - This happens because doctors just don't listen to their patients. They think they know your body better than you do.
Rita M Volpi - Shut it, David. Lots of folks who had no coverage can get care now. Go haunt Faux Nooze.
Braelynn Fettig Yerington - Some of you should walk a mile in their shoes. They regularly see patients who don't speak English, flat out lie about their drug use/medical history, or are so unhealthy that it's next to impossible to know where to even begin. Why is it immediately all the doctor's fault? Not saying they are perfect, nobody is, but some of you need to consider the flip side here.
Nicole D'Orsogna Ford - On the other Side, patients need to be honest about what they tell their health care providers. Lying doesn't make you look better, and it can very well hurt you.
Demand answers from your doctors and if you're not getting them, find a new MD. Make them take the the time to explain what's going on with you. Be proactive with your healthcare. And remember webMD is not the answer to everything.
Jason Eric Lowery - No word yet on the millions that are made better....
Gary Thomas - 1 in 20 is 5%... That means 95% of the time they get the diagnosis and treatment right the first time? The other 5% get second opinions, go back and forth to ERs? In the end if 99.5% get an accurate diagnosis in a "relatively" timely fashion so that they can be appropriately treated, that may not be as bad as we think...
Laurette Keiper - mistakes....my husband is dead...dr. got away with killing him ...thanks to the repubs who rewrote the malpractice law in my state...for the benefit of the ins co's and the physicians...
Jim N Dee Fina - Because they are overworked, trying to achieve the biggest bucks they can earn via a much too large patient base- and then they begin to not care because they can't possibly practice effectively.
Shawnda Osborne - Well, it's bound to happen when some places doctors are being told (if they aren't in private practice they do have bosses you know) they have to see 10 patients an hour. I'll do the math for you. That's only 6 minutes per patient. No wonder they seemed rushed and as if they aren't listening. Here's a good article showing the "other side" to this story.
Lisa Henderson Rinard - As a RN I see this all the time, I have been misdiagnosed and so has my family. If I did not know anything I would trust the dr. I have seen so many people misdiagnosed as patients, that I will always obtain a second or even a third opinion. I once had a patient who complained of headaches and her HMO did not get a CT or MRI, so she came to a county facility where I worked and they diagnosed her with a fatal emergent aneurysm which required emergency surgery!
Tonya Pollard Jones - It's not perfect but since you think it is, go to school and do it yourself...see how many mistakes YOU make
Diane Steenstra - They are many reasons for mistakes in healthcare, besides doctor or nurse incompetence. Most importantly, be completely honest with healthcare providers. Most patients seldom are. Start being proactive with your care. Know what meds you are taking. Ask questions, if something doesn't sound right, speak up
Jeannie Cormier - How many patients do not take their medicine as prescribed? Do follow-up appointments like suggested? A missed diagnosis may be related errors on both parties....those who complain their physician does not listen to them should probably get a new physician.
David Garascia - Doctors are not God (even thought some think that they are), thus they will make mistakes. Always get a 2nd opinion.
Shaun Kern - Docs see you as money bags today exam pills if that does not work surgery !
Gudrun Krause - They just don't take the time to listen to the patient anymore. They read your file on their way in. They have 10 minutes for each appt which is double booked in the first place. They think they are God. My daughter and all the other patients who were scheduled for surgery had to wait hours because his wife called because she needed him to drive somewhere. The doctor was gone for hours.
I was in the ER with fever and pain. After waiting for 8 hours I was told to drink pedialyte. I had to have emergency surgery the next day to remove my appendix.
Slow down and take your time. Maybe you have to wait for that new boat for another month. But maybe it will safe somebody's life
David Mumford - I had to diagnosis my own illness after 3 doctors, including a specialist, couldn't tell what I had. It turned out to be rather common, about 20% of American adult has the condition. This experience causes me question the knowledge of our doctors. I have to wonder what they are being taught in our medical schools.
Sonya Uhl - They're only human, just like us.
Yvette Duncan - It's fun when you're sent home from ER after being diagnosed as having an anxiety attack because of excruciating chest pain and SOB, but you really have a collapsed lung and should've been diagnosed as having a pneumothorax instead.
Ruth Coffman Breedlove - this is a surprise? My son had a broken foot, emergency room took X-rays, & was told he didn't. We left for the wkend, he was on it most of that wkend. Got home to 7 messages on our answering machine saying he DID have a broken foot & needed to head to the hospital IMMEDIATELY! I have had a foot issue for 2 yrs. This is only 1 example of the dozens we have experienced over the years.
Vedran K. - There is a reason they call it a practice lol!!!

Jorja Hepner Beert - I'm still MORE baffled about HOW this young --child left the house went ACROSS the street INTO the bowling alley and to this machine WITH NO ONE paying ANY attention !!
Julie Gall Good - when my son was three I laid him down for a nap and because I was 7 months pregnant and worn out I decided to take a nap too. Well, I woke an hour later to my son walking in the door with 2 police officers who said he walked 2 blocks down the street and then back home. He told them he was going to get Captain Crunch at the store. I was totally freaked out but I also learned that things like this can happen to even the best of parents.
Maebell Muns Benoit - It makes me laugh hard when I hear opinions of people who have no children. LOL!!!!!
Keith Wolken - I'm telling my kids this is how we got them
Holleigh Hayes - Wow some people on here are so judgemental......I mean do you know his mother personally??? If not then how can you say neglecting parent, or a bad mother or anything negative about her???? I mean really!!! I mean he could've been taking a nap or something and his mother went to the restroom. No-one knows all the info so stop judging. I mean do you judgemental people take your child in the restroom with you every single time you need to go???? Or do you carry them into every room that you go into when your cleaning house or getting something from another room???? I would say not!!! If so then in your eyes I guess that makes all of us who pee or walk into another room without out child a bad parent!! I am a stay at home mom of a 22 month old and the only time I am ever able to do anything in my house is during nap time but I guess that's wrong for me to leave his side while he's asleep!!! Guess we aren't suppose to clean, take baths, pee or anything without our child sitting right in our lap. I mean come on!!! Plus my son is hardly ever out of my site but things do happen. We all should be grateful that this child wasn't kidnapped, hit by a car, raped, or even murdered instead of judging! And to you judgment idiots I pray that if you do have small kids nothing bad happens to them and people judge you and talk crap about you. Now God bless you all! And I'm so happy that this little boy was safely returned home!!
Mark D'Andria - Only reason he got stuck in there is bad parenting
Leesa Gautreaux Hart - People are so quick to pass judgement without even reading the article
Nicole May - People are So judgmental.
Kelsey Foster - I know how he got stuck.. because whoever was supposed to be watching him, WASNT.
Monica Good - Yes jannabelle chain the children to your ankle while you pare vegetables for dinner. Duct tape them next to you while you switch loads of laundry
And by all means you shouldn't have privacy while going to the bathroom
Leonard Ungui - So many perfect parents here...
Diane Powell - Let's not be so hard on the Mom - I'm sure that this child planned this caper carefully, seized the chance, and made his getaway. He's an escape artist, and they'll need to put inside locks on all the doors.
Gary Wilson - Don't try to get him out. These machines are rigged!
Ginny Ruger Paterno - Where were this kids parents?
Cary Voss Lamaack - Seriously? A normal mom takes her 3 yr old to the bathroom with her in her own house? I had 4 kids age 5 and under. No way could we all fit in the bathroom together!
Monica Good - Theresa said : I want to know how long the mother was in the "Bathroom" and how in the heck the toddler got out of the house and into a bowling alley arcade alone... without anyone noticing. Was the mother really in the "Bathroom or was she sleeping, high or just oblivious to her child... This should not be a sympathy story for her but the start of a CPS investigation.
You have a photo of an infant in winter clothing lay face down on cement and you think CPS should be called on that mother???
Get a grip and get your baby off the concrete
Mary O'Neil - Lol at people blaming the mom. Talk about judgemental!!! Kids get out of your sight once in a while
Brenda Yarber-Thompson - I know it really upsetting when your child gets away from you. When my oldest daughter was young she would want to try and do that I kept a child harness on her and people in public always said smart remarks to me , I never paid them any attention, at least I had control over her. But this is cute pic. I would have died from laughing and crying. Thank God he was safe
Dawn Dara Davis Sweatt - He walked across the street TO THE BOWLING ALLEY and managed to get into the machine ( which the article says took some time) while the mom was in the bathroom at their home?
And yes I went to the bathroom when my kids were little but they sure the hell didn't get out of the house!! What if there was a pool? Or a pedophile at the bowling alley? Thank goodness the kid only got into a machine!!
Peter Pnutz Pulumbarit - So thats where kids come from!
Dora Valencia - even if the doors were locked this kid was able to get into a claw machine I'm sure a locked door wouldn't pose a problem, smart little fellow I'm sure he's seen the machine and the place and just wanted a toy he didn't see why not... Lol I also loved the story of the boy getting in and handing out toys, its about time someone does something against those evil machines.. In 21 years I've only gotten one cat out of those

Aida Cantu - It's a photo of two great men. No negative comments necessary.
Dale Zajac - The economy is improving. Do some research before commenting. I'd rather a down to earth president than a bible thumping, close minded, sexist bigot.
Nancy Donovan - Love my Country and I am proud of my President and Vice President.
Gregory M.Washington - Waits for right wing freak out in 5,4,3,2,.......... lol
John Scott - You people are obsessed, let them have a moment without being targets of your own failures.
Lynne Presley - Yeah blame it all on them, read the Constitution. President and Vice President have limited powers, they don't make laws, the President signs them into law once CONGRESS passes the bill, idiots!!
Rick Hunt - Really, haters? They aren't allowed to ride in a car together? Your comments are ridiculous.
Valry Gadsden - First time in awhile we have a President that likes to have fun. Not a President that is looking for some guy in a cave and it only took what a year after this President took office killing that same guy. I'm sorry but some of you hard headed people who didn't pay attention in government class to know that our ancestors put something in place call check and balance. But some you crazy folks want to blame somebody for the screw, so watch Fox news and blame the President. Good job President Obama, keep fighting and pushing.
Paul Bailey - Keep smiling Prez, and vise Prez, it makes the haters, Hate more!
Brad Juhl - Great picture of the President and Vice President having a little fun. So sad that so many brain dead red necks still haven't accepted that a black man is our nation's leader.
Jenn Smith Jackson - is it just me or do they both look like they have hee haw teeth!
Don Keith - .....who cares if they're taking a 'selfie'???.....really people???......I completely respect the opinions of others - even when we don't agree....however, let's take a look at many of these negative comments that have been made - the name calling???....the 7th grade mentality humor???.....and a good number of folks who just seem angry that their guy lost the election, twice!!!!...it's that simple!
....and many of you have children???...I can't imagine the kind of conversations you have around your dinner table!!!!!.....and many of you are worried that Obama/Biden are the biggest threat to our country????....really???
I good long look in the mirror will show you the real 'problem'...
Carol Paucar Saah - These are the coolest pres & vice pres!
Kevin Fitzpatrick - @ the guy called these two men morons. I went to your FB page thinking well this guy probably has accomplished some things which are actually better than being the president and vice president of the the greatest country in the world and he has a freaking pic of a statue of Joe Pa! Really?
Don Sansbury - These are the top two highest elected officials in what used to be the most powerful country in the world. This is what we've come to. So sad.
Mafe Moreno - Love these gentlemen! God bless you both🙏
Brian Shea - Pathetic is that you cannot support our duly elected leader. It should not matter what the party affiliation is, once the elections are over, and you finish with your boxes of Kleenex, wine, and cheese, we all should stand unified. The bickering and party politics only serve to divide.......
Nancy Bates Newman - Nice picture...great prez and vice prez...support them no matter what the haters say!!
Sharon Brevik - What a great selfie.........Thanks for great leadership, gentlemen..........
Iam Torrius - That pic is of them laughing at the haters who took those precious moments out of their lives to bash a picture. Mind you, you guys claim to hate them both so why use your energy on someone you don't like? I sure wouldn't.. Ijs

NBC News: Vladimir Putin portrays himself as a hard man. Judo is his chosen sport. In a judo match, the expert waits until his opponent is off balance, then pounces. This is what Putin is doing in Ukraine. His opponents in this global sparring match are being wrong-footed. A moment of imbalance is fast approaching.Comments:
Jackie Rawlings - Many feel if Bush, McCain or Romney had won we would finally be at War with Russia. Well the US was blessed with Kennedy and Obama who have brains and know War is not the answer. Notice how NATO joined in Afghanistan but Bush had to go it alone for the Iraq invasion. Obama is smart enough to know you don't let a bully draw you in a War. McCain still an old War hawk that thinks this is 1950. Romney is completely clueless. Cheney is hoping a Republican President wins to re-invade Iraq based on another lie and go to War with Russia. Notice how China is just setting back and watching Putin look like an idiot and Obama is cool and calm. But it does explain why so many lawmakers and some Americans love Putin and hate Obama.
Candy Rall - Ukrainians probably haven't forgotten what Stalin did to them the genocide of 1932-33.
Ernest Delesma Sr - Why does the media give this commie the time of day?
Sheriff Gerry Ali - The Republicans are all mouth and no brain!
For Republicans to be whining about President Obama misreading Putin, they should reflect on their own guy, The Great George W. Bush who saw Putin’s Soul! I think the truth of the matter is the past Presidents that have dealt with Putin and Obama who is now dealing with Putin; they can’t be faulted for what they saw in Chameleon Putin!
Putin seems a little deranged and also possibly enraged over the collapse of the USSR. On top of that the information Edward Snowden stole and gave to Putin has America’s Defense Plan in the unlikely event of war. Putin who must have examined what Snowden gave him then realized that he “badly needed” a buffer zone and hence the reason he annexed Crimea, however, Russia’s entry into Crimea is “only” by air or Sea. On the Eastern Part of Ukraine, Russia “land” borders with Ukraine and that may be Putin’s next goal.
The right wing who seems always hell bent on war can criticize Obama all they want, but, war seems like the most unlikely option. Economic Sanctions on the other hand, especially “targeting” Russia’s Central Bank would collapse Russia’s already devastated economy. But, even so, Obama has to be mindful of our European Allies. The Republicans are all mouth and no brain!
Ron Semper Esurire - Anyone who thinks European affairs doesn't affect the US is woefully ignorant of globalism...you may want to take some classes on history and economics.
Ron Semper Esurire - A valuable lesson is being taught to those European nations not under NATO or EU protection... The Cold War mentality never left Russia, you must choose a side or be forced to.
Neal Thompson - Wow that's some dramatic writing. Now try journalism.
Kaye Dupras - He's not that smart, he ditched his wife for a nude Olympic model who wishes to move to Heff's mansion. All is fair in love and war (and he has an ex wife who is probably ripping him in ways we can't even imagine). See, Putin is losing because he's already lost serious face in Syria. We're just waiting for him to lose so much face, the whole world will take sides against him, including China. :)
Dave McRae - if we had an effective president and not a community organizer, this never would have gotten this far.
William Charles Hoover - The conflict between Ukraine and Russia has very little to do with the US, but some how......some way...the radical right wing political smear tactics have to bash President Obama and criticize him and his administration. It seems nothing he can do is right according to them. Always politics....always smear tactics....you suck.....this sucks.... First, Obama is Hitler...then he's Stalin....then he's to forceful...then to weak.... You guys crack me up.
Kathy McClain - I think the U.S. needs to keep a very close watch on what Putin does!
Phillip Smith - Americans. no matter how much compassion we have for everyone's situation and for freedom itself, are tired of us sticking our noses into everybody's else war for freedom. Seems like every time we take a side anyway, the people we back are not really for freedom as we know it. Besides, didn't we set this whole thing in motion by cozying up the Ukraine trying to get them to join the EU all along, so when Russia upped the ante and pledged them money to not join the EU, the rebels took over the government and then there ensued a backlash against hem, yada yada...?
Brittany Shaw Newman - Seriously how does NBC know what Putin is doing and secondly why on Earth would an American news source ever write in such a way so as to convey power to a leader of another country (especially a leader acting like this)!
Susan Crofoot Davis - Putin is nothing but a childish bully. He even looks like a pouter. Bullies are cowards. Unfortunately, the Russian military will do as he bids, and it will be bloody. Hitler did what he wanted, and no one stopped him until it was almost too late.
Keith Hopkins - Tom Montes...move over there then
Philip F. Martinez - The people who hate President Obama are either criticizing him for not doing enough, or for (allegedly) dragging us into another war. As usual, they cannot make up their minds. Since some of them seem to prefer the Russian president to their own, perhaps they should consider a move.
Whoz Karez - The US needs to choke Putin into submission. Tom Montes is just another troll using a Hispanic last name.
Phillip Smith - Analogy is BS. He can do this because Ukraine is clearly divided and many in that country feel affiliated with Russia and we have no legitimacy or proximity. Hell, what would Russia be able to do if we decided to annex part of Mexico? Nothing. Sometimes the press falsely puts us up on an almighty pedestal as if we can make everyone do what we want them to do,. They are like someone reporting on a horse race with a soap opera twist. Get over yourselves please!
Reno Batchelder - They have been doing this for years, Georgia? Anyone anyone.......
Zachary Mosher - Hey look the new GOP darling a communist dictator.
Jammie Kuykendoll - Everyone just sit back and watch as Vladimir Putin reforms the USSR. History is being made as we speak. As obvious as it is, you have question why is it being allowed to happen???

NBC News: A newly published survey suggests that Americans expect the next 50 years to bring innovations of science-fiction proportions.Comments:
Brekka Lynn - People can't even drive on land...scary to think about them in the sky
David Eric Blair - Can I put a protective shield over my house now?
Matt Reese - Oh yeah. The American Public.
These seem like the kinds of people that I would trust on the subject.
Dee Wash - at the rate we are going, the world wont exist in 50 years
Christine Pettefer - Lol can you imagine all the drunk drivers in this? Oh lord
Sherry Klaeser Scott - Here come the Jetson's.....
Andrew Mettler - I've never liked the idea of a flying car. Can you imagine how much worse car accidents would be?
Aaron Psky - I am pretty sure the more accurate future is more resembling of a post-Apocalyptic movie than the Jetsons.
Emmett Ross - we will be lucky if we ate still a functional country.
Msa Shahid - I've driven on the road with those idiots. I don't want them flying over my house.
Corey Pometo - Doubt it cant even get good cell phone reception now
Mary Geraghty - Yeah, I guarantee if flying cars don't take gasoline, we'll never see flying cars. We can only see true innovations if we free ourselves from Big Oil
Erin Schol - I'll be expecting my hover board in a year or less.
Kineta Langford - I'll be 93 in 50 years!!! No fun for me!!!
James Row - So check this out science theory enthusiasts.. I think maybe I have cracked how to achieve time travel.. Now it is going to get abstract so follow closely. Here it goes.. We know that the human body could never go the speed of light as is.. Its makeup would never survive. So.. We have to figure how to get the human body to be able to achieve that. Well.. I have devised two ways. The first is far fetched and not so good. AND that is to send the building blocks.. The mere DNA and cryogenically frozen material used to build a human. Now. This idea works because the building blocks are atomic and can be made resistant to the speed of light inside a protective shell. Ah ha.. So.. We have been doing alot with biological 3d printing as I knew we would eventually. So.. You send a machine somewhere into space.. An alien world known to have the sustaining elements for life, and you send that on an unmanned ship for the long trip as fast as you can.. Now.. You send the building blocks the same way only on this ship you also sent a machine that duplicates nurtures and developes a fetus in a artificial 3d womb.. That is how you could get life onto another planet light years away at a speed of light or faster because we know atomic particles can survive the speed of light. But that would be extremely difficult to say the least. But.. This is merely a stepping stone to time travel.. How to get something to tear the fabric of time and space by traveling faster that the speed of light.. Ok.. Hold onto your hats.. We have a beacon that sends a signal by means of a pulsar from a distant world that we have sent there at about or better than the speed of light using cold fusion to accellerate that beacon around our sun to give it a kickstart.. Then using atom smasher technology we propel that beacon out to that alien world that supports life.. Now.. We dip into the Star Trek idea of Transporter technology.. You think thats impossible but there have been many successes sending bits of info over distance to arrive at another place.. Now..If you remember how the building blocks of life I talked about were to be engineered after sending them across space by artiticial means you may see where I am headed. Whereas a beacon on that other world would be a homing signal for ships that carry cryogenically frozen human material in pods that can be shot at the speed of light or faster using an enlarged proton excellerator in space. Then as we understand this beacon on the other end of the galaxy would become a recieving station for transportor human material that could also rebuild the pieces on the other end of the transmition. We can show that the first set of biological material can be thrusted faster than the speed of light which as Einstiens theory has it that time is based on how fast light can travel and anything that can be boosted faster than that would actually be going backwards in time. So.. Here it got abstract. You have two differant methods for sending human material across space at faster than the speed of light undamaged that the forces of speed would produce on the human body but wait.. Where does time travel come in you ask?. Well about that bit info that was able to be transmitted from one place to another by using transporter technology. Say you had sent nanites and parts for a 3d printer where the beacon was and the nanites built that 3d printer when they got there.. You would then have a machine that could put the pieces of human biologic material back together( in a frozen state of coarse to restrict decomposition). After those pieces were put together another machine we may have sent would be programmed to revive a human from cryogenic freeze and shock that being back to life. Now. You have sent a human to another world as they were originally in pieces and put back in exact precision as the way they were before disintegration for light speed travel. So.. As that you have only now seen that multiverse is a plausible theory imagine what kind of speed we could achieve if we exited our universe into another and came out on another side where it was closer to destination. What if we found this as a worm hole created by dark matter and a black hole? Well.. If we were to be able to transmit the code for building life and we were able to fire the biological material at faster than the speed of light using these doorways and/or the proton excellerator technology we could then in theory transmit ourselves over great distance at such speeds using doorways through multi universe that we could then transmit ourselves to beacons of the past just in the same form as which we were packaged and sent... Ta Da! Get it? Did I loose ya? Think about it.. LMAO... Someone knock me out! I need sleep!
Valerie McKinley - This actually freaks me out, but I will be long gone by then and Im fine with that. But I do wonder what a semi truck will look like flying. Lol
Denise Walling - that's the last thing we need, people cant drive on the road, and in 50 years it will only be worse
Chad Moss - We can't handle our current infrastructure. This is a joke.
Ivan Vasquez - Our technology is crap considering what it could be if we were to get our heads out of our bottoms and work together and be kind to one another imagine where science and team work could take us, where would we be? Imagine, it's mind boggling.
Bryan Perryman Sr. - The future, as it looks from today, is not so pleasant of a place. It'll be a lot like India.
Craig Merkey - people can't even shop without inappropriate personal space, walk across the street being fully aware, other people's driving scares me,I have an SUV... I have had two cars totaled due to crazy drivers... flying cars while cool is a recipe for mad mega disaster!

NBC News: Protesters hurled Molotov cocktails and opened fire on Ukrainian personnel, who fired warning shots in response, the interior minister said. After more warnings the troops used deadly force. http://nbcnews.to/1pcjoccComments:
Kara Williams - why why why...so sad for both countries much love tooo you all...espsecially de children hope you are safe <3<3<3<3<3
Sandra Saira Ibrahim Marsh - Why can't people be left in their own countries FCK governments
Kyle Rader - Why do these pro Russian people not just move to Russia?
Ani Silva - Russian's took out Nazis, so you know they are posted up in Ukraine. Its different politics. Americans don't know enough to take a side.
David Obelcz - Putin has his excuse
Tom Deaver - Diplomacy and moral support for Ukraine is just mere words to each side. Economic sanctions won't work because they will hurt the EU as much as Russia, besides which economic sanctions take months, if not years, to be effective in deterring action. The only solution to DETER or prevent an invasion of Eastern Ukraine, if not all of Ukraine, is to arm the Kiev government. Give them arms and supplies. NO US/EU TROOPS. But give Kiev enough weapons and supplies to fight a real and credible guerrilla war against the 40,000 Russian troops massed on their border. Putin does not respect words or care about money. But Putin does respect force. If you can present a real possibility of guerrilla war in Eastern Ukraine which would bleed Russia badly, then they just might be deterred from attacking. This arming has to be done soon though as events on the ground are happening fast. If the West waits too long... like longer than a month, then the opportunity to prevent this invasion will pass... or things become so chaotic that you will not know who to arm... do it now and you can arm moderate Democratic Ukrainians and avoid the fascists ones.
Inga Neilands - NBC, why on earth do you call those people separatists?
Phil Kickingbear - What would happen if the world had peace?
Donna Silis - Not a civil war-just Putin sent provocators!Have to read Ukrainian press not a Putins propaganda! He spents lot of money on brainwashing us everywhere!
Denis Freeland - Three shot dead ? Same as the US every hour ..... of every day ..... of every year.
Daphne Reavis Rolfe - So..you breach a military base's perimeter and thought the military wouldn't be armed or just wouldn't defend their base? Someone, perhaps, didn't think that through very well.
Jean-louis Rameaux - We need a good european war to sell more arms...this is all the motivation of those conflicts unfortunately...
Ivo Zajic - Hi from Prague. When in 1945 general Patton was forced to stop near Prague and was prevented to advance east, this problem started. Had he been allowed to chase the communist out of Europe, we would have all enjoyed much peacefull and prosperous times..
Jose Longoria Jr. - I pray for peace.
Lasana GV Wankannedu Kanneh - Experience the sickness!!!
Vijay Banga - This is tragic and must never repeat...
Jennifer Sunshine - so we're showing pictures of dead people now? how rude. no dignity.
Bubu Ji Prakash - Stop Shooting your fellow Country Men's
Tom Deaver - These "protesters" were led or directed to attack this base because Putin wants a land bridge to Crimea. This base would give him a land bridge there. Putin does not need a real excuse to invade Ukraine except to the Russian people whose news media is just one giant government propaganda machine.
Michael Ryan - Also many if these scum bags doing the protesting and storming are payed by demon sucking Putin and he side kick minions to trigger an "rescue" invasion. Just like Germany did in the years or months befire WWII
Rudolfo Alexzander Carrillo - it's a war of financial system jocking for control. this is all beyond government's and more about bankers. look into it it's really interesting and not some conspiracy

Ryan Shipley - Don't bother trying to get him out, these games are rigged!
Kendrick Ashton Sims - She deserves the toy for being able to get in there.
Billie Jo Dooley Wilkenson - This happens more than u think. Two years ago my 6 year old did this at a Buffalo wild wings..
Sarah Saylor - I fought the claw...and the claw won.
Janine Jackelen - You can tell who is posting comments that have never raised kids. My youngest could well have been this child. Little magician...here one minute and gone the next.
Sara Davidson - I wonder how many quarters they had to spend to get him out!
Jon Cummings - I put lots of money in those to win stuff for my kids. Never knew I could just send one in to get it themselves
Stacy Tate - Parents spent $476 to get him out... said many times they almost had him but he fell
Tina Bellino - What happens to parents watching their children?
Christopher Williams - Future Navy SEAL or Delta Force
Ann Fahy Sewall - The people that comment on the mother's parenting skills obviously have never had to watch children. It only takes a second for a child to slip away.
Gina Darlin Strange - For those of you bashing the parents, do you have kids or do you keep yours on a leash? In a blink of an eye, a child can get away from you. One minute they're standing next to you or playing at your feet and the next they're somewhere else. This can happen to the most vigilant parent.
Suzan Ireland Cipriani - What ever! All you perfect parents who's kids never got away from you. Always ready to slam a person. She's was going to the bathroom hardly something we all don't do everytime and likely one of the only times she went without her child in there. This is hardly a case of abuse or neglect. Endangerment? Hardly. All this crap is nothing but publicity hardly news a worthy.
Alexandra Norwood - I heard it took the firemen $27 dollars to get him out of there.
Erica Knifley - How many kids have to crawl up in these things before they make them child proof?
Brandi Thomas - People that are taking this so seriously.. shut the hell up. It's cute. Kids are extremely quick. This does not make the parents bad parents. Chill out and laugh a little. Stop being so butthurt.
Sherry A Hawkins - Wtf..he made it t a billiard and bowling alley and inside an arcade machine BEFORE she noticed he was missing? Either that kid is faster than a speeding bullet and knows how ro cross streets SAFELY at 3 or mom isnt the sharpest tool in the shed......AND THEY HAND HIM BACK TO HER! SMH!
EeJaye Charley - Only 50 cents to win a kid!
Stephen Cranford - "nearby"? Just how in the world did a 3 year old walk from the house to the arcade, go inside AND get in the machine without anybody wondering about the kid?!?!?
Andrew Kent - The machine doesn't need an alarm. The child needs a parent.
Horn K. Jean - Seen it before, different kid. That's the only way you can get the toy you want.

Pam Josefiak - It amazes me to read peoples stupid comments on here... Those two jackasses killed 4 people and injured over 200 people... Serious injuries... So who cares if we killed one and I hope the other one fries too!! We live in a messed up world and to know that some idiot would leave backpacks on the 1 year anniversary is just sick... Where is the security??? Where are the police making people feel safe??? How does this happen with ALL the precautions you were supposed to be in place???
Trudy Unrein - What kind of sick world are we living in?
Kathy Stanecki - What a sick prank.
Joyce Ellen Dixon - Even if it's a prank he should get a good amount of prison time.
Keith Bess - Really, this sounds like a made up article. While today is the anniversary, the marathon is not until next week. Why would the streets be blocked off for a finish line that does not exist yet.
Amanda Perry - People are so sick
Stephanie McDermott - So much hate in people.
Naomi Thompson - Some folks like to keep the fear going!
Robin Sullivan - Sick twisted and insensitive
Cathy Gerhardt Miller - That is so sick!!
Michael Acheson - Ed... Kind of like how 4 jets got past the Bush WH:-)
Charles Galicia - A sick cruel joke.
Lisa Crocker Socobasin - So many sick people in this world! Glad the police were on this!
Jeff Mahan - They have the guy in custody...morons. Cops put them there? Really? You deserve a smackdown
Elizabeth Whipple - What are people thinking? For the love of God for once can't people leave well enough alone. Quit with the childish pranks and have some respect. Last year we as a country, as human beings lost people, good people. We had injured men, women and children lining streets. Please... Rubbing salt into a still open wound is just cruel!
Kim Miller - The marathon is on monday not saturday! When they find who left these they need to be charged this is not funny so many peoples lives changed last year because of this nasty bomb!!
Elaine Smith - Someone's joke? Not funny! Find the person and grill them about it!

Kristi McGinnis McKittrick - He can start by giving up his armed body guards.
John Thomas Mergenhagen - Try promoting a better community.
Irene Beecroft - How about feeding the poor in your city instead of trying to take peoples' rights away
Steven Koontz - wasting his $$$.....Americans will never give up their guns..go after the criminals and maybe this will work..
Anthony Capone - Go back to worrying about fat people drinking large sodas jag off
Scott Andrews - Im going to read this article while I clean my gun and drink a Big Gulp!
Tenika Adams - Good for you Mayor Bloomberg gun violence in America is out of control.
Bobby Anderson - Finally a man with money that's trying to do some good instead of just trying to double his fortune. Of course the gun lobby will call him a communist.
Andrew Keene - Every town for gun safty, arm more law abiding citizens, watch gun crime go down.
Trevor Michael Rogers - $50 million on gun violence? Please. How about spending that money on bringing jobs to the people, so they have money to spend on living their lives instead of needing to resort to violence because they have nothing better to do and no money to live on.
Robin Ryalls Mattei - Havent you brainiacs figured out yet that no one is coming for your guns ....
Aaron Goin - Gun murders lowest since the early 80's violent crime lowest in decades and falling each year. Concealed carry and gun ownership at all time high and growing
Micah SinisterKid Schroer - Paahahaaahaaa!!! and how much money to battle mental illness? None because he would need to treat himself first...
Ben Taylor - Newsflash: The program is to end "gun violence." Gun violence is not protected by the Constitution.
Steve Johnson - Will Bloomberg give up his ARMED guards?
Nick Thompson - Try spending 50 million on mental health
Nathan Bartell - Good luck we NRA members are far better organized and funded
Kevin Teachey - Wow. There sure are a lot of people in favor of gun violence.
Shawn S. Clark - Lies. Propaganda. NBC.
Keith Woods - I have a better idea for using $50 Million. Help the 98%!
Shawna Careyshalaka - but yet they can provide guns by the truck loads to the mexican drug cartels?? sounds like someone has their priorities mixed up...
