carolyn boudreau - It's about time parents started to step up to their teens.
tisha christmas - Spoiled brat is inappropriate? Lol.. okay. Any mother who says that probably has about five spoiled brats at home.
christine alessandro maggio - The 18 year old shouldn't be called such inappropriate names? All I saw was "spoiled brat." Some people need to get over themselves.
senaida lee gomez - Seriously how is spoiled brat inappropriate? If she bought her the tickets she has every right to take them away! Plus no one should be telling you how to punish your kid. Unless your beating them.
hannah gonzalez - You cant blame the mom for spoiled kids.. Maybe she is split from her father and he is the reason she.is spoiled. Maybe the mom spent a while in the military and whoever she left the girl with spoiled her. Even if it is her fault she is trying to correct her daughters behavior. I bet everyone on this page are.perfect moms.
joviona parham - If the daughter is 18, I'm assuming she is about to leave home and start her own journey as an "adult" so maybe if she was acting like the adult she now is, the ""punishment" wouldn't be necessary in the first place. If it was her moms money that purchased the tickets in the first place then she has every right to do whatever she wants with them for whatever reason. GO MOM!
jessica ames - Good for this mom ... too many teens these days feel they are entitled to everything with out earning it
christina sanchez-jimenez - I give these mom a big high five!!! We need more parents doing this and less being their kids friends
laura bowman muir - Lol, I can't believe this is what we are talking about. Maybe if mom's would be more like this, our kids would have some respect. Bravo Mom!!!
roxy almaraz syler - She's spoiled for a reason, I'm sure she didn't spoil herself
megan graves - Parenting win right there. American teenagers have such a sense of entitlement.
leandra kindrick-pearson - Better her momma call her out for it than someone else. I get tired of seeing all these spoiled brats. Need more parents like her!
amy gifford - When your kid is 18 and acts like a spoiled brat, that is when you kick them out and survive on their own. They are legal adults.
holly julia adams - Lol well she raised her. If the 18 year old wants to have her way she should just get a job and move out. That's what I did. As long as you live under your parents roof it's their rules.
chrisnjenny geddie - I dont understand why everyone thinks just because this girl is 18 she no longer needs a mom... it doesnt matter if your kids are 30 if you have a chance to teach them a lesson you should take it. So at 18 its ok to be disrespectful and do whatever you want?... whatever
devon brooke - 18 may be a little late for that! Good luck, mom.
tina burgor - Good for this mom
penny booth-johnson - If she's having problems with her 18 year old "adult" child, she probably should have stepped in long before this, this just turns into public humiliation..
sophie rossdale - Go her!! Too right I would do exactly the same...and as for all you parents with negative opinions I can assure you that you certainly won't be perfect! :)
nicole wiener - Hmmm...who's fault is ot that she's spoiled??
krystin gibbons - I'm pretty sure if the mom is selling them, she bought them. As a young adult, my mom needed to do more things like this to me growing up, maybe I wouldn't have been such a spoiled brat

shavonne longley - All of her children, including the new baby, should be taken away IMMEDIATELY! Give them to a couple who will truly show them unconditional love!
chelsie searle - She should be spayed like a dog and her current children removed from her care. She needs to be charged with willful endangerment of an unborn child.
mariana lopez soltani - She is mentally disturb! She is selfish uneducated and the worst is that she is taking care of 2 boys already and shes acting like a disgusting fool! Please, somebody take her kids away! Where are the Child protection services when munchkins need saving???? May God protect those kids and that unborn baby.
samantha mayer - I think she needs to lose custody of all children, including the one she's currently pregnant with.
rebecca allen - Uneducated dolt deserves no children, boy or girl!
elizabeth clem - In some states over here in the US. If a mother/baby tests positive for drugs or alcohol after a baby is born the child is taken away and the mother is charged
manda backus - What a selfish POS
sunni raye - Give me those babies. Let me love them like they deserve.
sherrie jones - All her children should be taken away! If she feels this badly about her unborn baby boy she certainly seems to feel the same about her other boys! They deserve a better mom, a better life!
rachel kayleen ferrell - She needs her children removed from her custody and when this poor baby boy is born he needs to be removed and she needs to be put in jail for child abuse.
heather murdock - How is she gonna handle taking care of a child with special needs because she drank and smoked the whole time
rachel warnick - Your maternal instincts should have kicked in the moment you found out you were pregnant!
Every child is a blessing whether it be a boy or girl.
Be thankful God blessed you with 3 children some families cant even have one of their own.
jennifer lyons nikitenko - Amazing how a mother can be arrested for letting her child walk to a park but something like this goes untouched! disgusting!!
maria wilson - Oh look the British have white trash to!
ann santora - It's the baby's fault it's a boy? She needs to have her uterus removed and be beaten until she gets some sense. F*@$!#$ moron.
jenebi morgan - Child abuse! Openly and willfully harming the child. she should be charged and locked up with no access to cigarettes & alcohol.
cheryl mae starr clayton - She is a disgusting person.....
shelly dickerson gary mccoy - She needs all of her children taken away.
kristen ojeda - Can we please have this lady committed and evaluated? Those poor kids.
mel keates - Shes attention seeking and its working
lori meneses-aguayo - Someone please take those kids away from her, she's a horrible human being! Smh

margarita zaragoza - There's a reason why God didn't naturally give the biological donors a child in the first place. What a shame!
chrissy ponder rascoe - Send him to me. He will have a wonderful big sister and a super great Aunt (my baby sister) who has Downs. We know all about the his needs and all about the amazing gift these children really are....Angels on earth!
ashley mcneil - His surrogate mother is an absolute angel for protecting him from his biological parents! How are they going to explain this to Gammys twin?? "You have a twin, but he wasn't good enough for us. So, we left him in Thailand with the woman who gave birth to you."
heather collins - Good they can't conceive thy are horrible people
melissa sullivan - The parent shouldn't be allowed to have either child if they weren't gonna take one because ds
amy gratton - Ok, it is horrible that they did that. but I would much rather this beautiful little guy have a home where people actually want him, and will take really good care of him. Obviously, if his parents had taken him, he would have been treated poorly. So yes they are horrible selfish idiots, but At least he has people who care about him, and will give him the care he needs.
sej pandya - There should be universal law for all parents to get a license prior to having babies bc things like this happen way too much and it's disgusting
mistie thomas - Ok... i lk the mommy pg and all but daaamn.. here lately all thats been posted is about some pos worthless shithole.ppl killing leaving abandoning torturing or something devastating to a child infant and newborn. My God!!! We know its out there, were inidated with it from all media sources 24/7 news commercials ect and there is really no escape and just for one day i wld love to look on my pg as a mommy and see some.poaitive happiness put out there to brighten our day instead of ripping our hearts out and grinding them into dust!!!! Now that ive gotten that off my chest cause thats my opinon i will kindly delete myself...... .
beverly abney jimenez - I will take him he is precious
jamie canty - hes so cute sad i would love to have him .
kerstain lindeborg-guest - I'll take that sweet, precious baby. I already have a 4 year old with Down and I would love for him to have a sibling just like him. :)
siobhan n clinton shackelford - They should've had a clause in the contract that would've required the surrogate to abort under these circumstances. That's what happens when using international services with poorly written contracts to save money. Now this poor child has to suffer for their mistakes.
sarah woodward - Lea Brown you are correct. She is the one taking care of it. On a great notenif you look up the hope for gammy page they have a link to go fund mr and it looks like they have raised 108,000 to help the surrogate with the medical expenses and her family!
melinda gerard - May god bless this amazing little baby! May he get all the care he needs.. May god bless the hands of the doctors whom tend to this child! In the name of Jesus AMEN!
marcie proudmommy - might i add he looks perfect to me
katie westphal - Wish I had money to give. Such a beautiful little boy! I greatly admire the surrogate that took him as her own knowing the struggle it would cause but just by looking at that sweet little face, I am sure it is all worth it! From the sound of it, that beautiful little child went to the right person!
elizabeth schirck - This burns me up!!.. What a sorry worthless excuse of parents! Of human beings!! They dont deserve a child!!
What a beautiful beautiful baby and I hope he gets all the love and care HE DESERVES and that at some point they realize what they lost.
katelyn jaramillo - Those parents are pathetic.
lea brown - Amelinda am I missing a part to this article? I was under the impression that the surrogate DID have this baby in her care and she needs help (money) so she can raise him?
teira johnson - Put them on child support
alexis moser - I'm pretty sure they had to have broken a child abandonment law. I'd have the other baby removed from their care. They obviously lack protective capacities.

mariah ilayne mcdilda - Just 5 years? She should be given 18 years
rose walker - I'm glad her boss forced her to go. His actions likely helped save this poor little girl.
lilyana moelling - She didn't want the baby she should have gave birth and someone would have adopted her... people these days... get an amazing gift of life .. many women would move Mountain to receive
amy k. guy - Wow, the Lord must have big plans for this little one. For her to be found alive is a miracle in its self! She definitely has an angel or twp looking out for her!
kristen prida - 5 years?? Just 5 years?!! No. She should be put in a sauna until she's on the brink of death. That poor baby...
jamie dobyns bonilla - 5 years hardly justifies the suffering that poor innocent and helpless baby went through.. Thank god for watching over her and keeping her alive. Hopefully she gets a new loving family and the woman should rot in hell.
misty barber - She should be facing more than just attempted murder! How about child endangerment? Neglect? Abandonment? Etc etc...
alexandra burtescu - Exactly why I am pro-choice. Some people aren't fit to be parents and they should have the option before a viable Han being is born.
lindsay ann smith - Where are all the pro abortion people to defend her? She didn't want the baby, it's her body right!? Prayers to that sweet baby.
heather wright - Only up to five years? What the heck?!
carolyn boudreau - She should be charged, if the baby passes, she should be charged with murder! Maybe next time she should learn how to use protection before having sex!!
stephanie gard - FIVE YEARS! ONLY 5 YEARS FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER but if you steal something of $1000 or more its 8 years. What????!!!!??? I HOPE they kill her in jail
julie kundrat - 5 years!! That's it? How sad !
delaney lee priddy - I hope she rots in hell
haley christmas - 5 years? So a guy that gets busted for weed spends life but, a woman that tries to kill her child gets only 5 years?? Our system we have in America is so messed up!!!!
maureen stowell - But she could have had the baby killed at birth in an abortion clinic and committed no crime. Makes a lot of sense to me.
mickie turner - 5 years! Thats it?!? Thats a disgrace to women and other mothers!
tara dyan - Disgusting...she should get a lot more than just 5 years for attempted murder. She knew exactly what she was doing. She even tried lying again after confronted about it. She wasn't just some dumb panicked kid. She was a 30 year old woman! She needs life in prison!
lorae st clair - Thank God for this miracle, but if you people read the story this is in Poland, so there for different country different laws. She is an awful person and should be hung for all I care.
holly kramer - five years for pre meditated attempted murder??? wow.
jessica jacobus - if convicted??? she knew exactly what she was doing and deserves a much harsher punishment. shes a disgusting excuse for a woman.

autumn hadacek - Omg! I had two dolls when I was younger, new borns and they both had gentiles, one boy and one girl and now my daughter has them. Grow up people and let's actually find something worth standing up for!
candis belyk - I see no issues with having an anotomically correct doll. Stop teaching people to be ashamed of their bodies ffs
kailey woodford - It must be inappropriate for a little girl to have a baby brother too.
andrea ramey - This is wonderful 👍 So I guess Barbie shouldn't have breasts either? More serious problems in the world
april demoss - I think these dolls are a wonderful idea. If we teach our children about anatomy early it could keep them from experimenting early with the anatomy of the opposite gender. You can either stifle your children's sexual curiosity with controlled knowledge or your can ignore it and let it get wild and out of control.
lauren kerchner - I think that belly button is more terrifying
brittany boyd - so ppl think its a problem to have an anatomically correct doll at the store, but having shelves full of unrealistically thin barbies ok....? im going to the store tomorrow to get one of these dolls for my children, I think it is great
nichole gordon - Maybe of kids grew up realizing the difference between boys and girls, and adults stopped making everything so sexual, then kids wouldn't grow up so curious, and willing to un zip someone else pants so fast... education is the best thing for everyone!
jenne swanson - Cause.. Let's teach kids that their bodies are horrific. A flat space is so much more less confusing. 😒
cheyenne phillips-jacobs - Get over it. Stop specializing everything. I'd rather my kids grow up knowing what genitals are then thinking real life people have the non genitals of dolls
bettye dalton - Parents need to realize that babies DO have genitals!
andi watkins - My daughter helps change her little brothers' diapers...looks like I've scared her for life because she knows the difference between girls and boys...
kay n brandon barké - Parent's sexually you??? I'm confused...
angela michelle - So having the body parts you have is something to be ashamed of? That is a sad thing to teach our children.
nicole hodge pittaluga - Oh please, I agree with poster who said just call it by it's proper name and move on. I think parents should know what they are buying, though.
sarah wishon - My son likes stuffed animals and dolls. Boys should have one that looks like them.
danielle laberge - People are too sensitive. I'm more offended by the pooping doll....just me. lol.
allison williams - Omg boys have penises?
viviana m gil - I had dolls like that.. And as far as I can tell I'm ok and have a pretty normal life. No traumas
jessie n jesse criado - What about Barbie let's all stop buying barbie because she gots big ol f***** boobies... grow up.. it's only nasty if u take it that far in ur own mind.. it teaches kids about differences.. also what if you need your 5 daughters to be ready for a baby brother.. the immaturity levels are WOW..
kyna abalos - My daughter sees when I change my sons diaper. What is the difference?

ash campbell - That's creepy as hell. First off, on a 9 yr old what is there to wax? Secondly, what mom is going to let anyone other than a doctor, touch their kid there without a medical reason? Just seems weird
angela miller mcquown - What the hell is there to wax?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sherri ann norris - Pageants, all of them, should be unacceptable! We try to teach acceptance and kindness, by looking beyond the physical aspects of people, they go against all of that!
donna sample - They should be illegal, it's child abuse. Sexualizing kids should also be a crime. The mothers should realize they can't live threw their daughters and need to stop this.
cynthia teeters - That has to be some form of molestation!
aleesha swan - That is past disgusting, I would call that child abuse!!! What "mother" would do that to their baby???
tiffany lacey bennett - Some mothers may abuse their children, but to say the actual pageants are abuse is absurd.
marcie proudmommy - tiffany the pagents in a way ARE abuse due to the fact that they judge by looks and also there list of whats required in order to be in them...
debbie cooney - Pagents should be banned
angie smith - When I was 9, I didn't have hair there to be waxed. What the heck
liz johnson - Working mom who let's her 9 year old play at the park while she's working goes to jail and this is ok. We as a people are messed up
edithmar arteaga - Empty brainless moms of these little girls.
kailen provence - Do they even have hair at that age?! I didn't get it until MAYBE 13
lacy wade - That is absolutely unacceptable. And since when do 9 year olds have hair there?!?! Things have changed!
nancy williams - Kids should be taken away from such selfish and abusive parents and these pageants should be banned!
autumn hadacek - Disgusting! These parents should be ashamed of themselves!
eva feld - Shame on the parents who live their fantasy through the kids and ruin their kids' ability to understand values.
wendy henrichsen - This is disgusting and pageants should be banned
felicia richards - And this is why I refuse to let my daughter participate in one.
sarah abigail conine - Its always heartbreaking when mothers can't see past themselves. These babies aren't dolls, they are growing, learning little human beings.
leslie tolman - Wow. That's really sick. I can only imagine the amount of therapy these children will need when they're adults.

elana nichole clifton - That is excessive! I do think taking away recess and having the child clean the desk is appropriate though.
amanda casleton - I am so glad we homeschool my son. This little girl must be very creative to be drawing that pic and a simple reminder to use paper would have sufficed. I think taking away recess and sending her to the principal's office is too much as well.
That poor child's spirit is already being crushed at the young age of 6.
kelsey chambers - I bet that teacher wasnt a parent... most teachers who are parents usually go about things a better way! If she were a parent she'd would prob agree that if her child were in that predicament she'd want to know! Smh shame on that teacher for being a bit ridiculous! ! The 1st grade?? C'mon
lily anadla - I would go in there and beat that 💩 out of whoever makes my child sit on the floor. Monica I can tell you dont have children, thats now how you discipline a child -,-
gina mcgrann - The Teacher should sit on the floor for the next school year, but really she should be fired.
ashley ann long - Oh HELL no, I would be filling a personal lawsuit against the teacher as well as the one with the school. No 1st grader should have to go through that. Hopefully the news gets around and no parents want their children in her class and the have to fire her.
danica kristine stowers powell - Better be glad it wasn't my daughter. I would've made the teacher sit in the floor just to embarrass her. That little girl is only 6.
samantha colon kopp - The teacher should have been fired
maggie jackson herbst - FYI We as parents can prevent this by being actively involved in our children's education, and keeping regular communication with their teachers.
rachel helms - She should be fired. A teacher should know what is appropriate punishment and what is bullying.
sheryle mccoy - That is a little much to punish I small child like that I would have lost it on that teacher
elissa boone - Instead of punishing the teacher, she was given the option to move her child to another school???? Ridiculous! ! The teacher should be disciplined! No question!
megan brown - A month is crazy. The rest of the day would have been appropriate. It sounds like this was more than a one time occurrence.
cindy merrill - Thank God my hubby's grand kids are home schooled.
jessica r. green - Lord help me wen my daughter starts school!!
ocho sanchez - Hijos de su pinche Madre
brittany burns - I would be n jail !!!!
stephanie renee gomez - Yep.. Home schooling...
devon brooke - Whatever happened to having to clean the desk? Sit in the corner for a little while, but good grief! That's what happened when I did it!
jamie l. smith - The punishment was to humiliate her in front of the other students.
carrie renteria - I can see a whole day. Pluse to clean the desk. Then call parents.

jennifer mangan - How about stop putting sex offenders in child friendly neighborhoods... problem solved.
tammy soukup - I wonder how many 7 year olds walk up to 2 miles to school everyday, is that ok?
carrie bass collins - Why is it that these sex offenders are allowed to live near a park????? I thought there were laws about where they could live........
jayla giovan - I feel like 7 is way to young to be walking anywhere by them self! This world is CRAZY and public parks are the worst for a kid to be alone at!
shannon shuman richards - They arrested the mom because they know there are pedophiles in the area...does anybody else think that reflects poorly on the modern concept of justice?
ashley taylor - I wouldn't consider a 10 to 15 minute walk a short walk for a 7 year old to walk by himself. If you can't see him out the window or door, it's too far.
ashley doss - How about enough with all the "lazy parenting" insults. I'm sure so many of you are mother of the year.
rachel holliday - It's a shame...when I was 7 we didn't have to worry about this stuff nearly as much as you have to nowadays...we were able to play outside without having to worry about people bothering us..sad sad world we live in
becky jo - I agree with everyone else. 7 is too young. Obviously he felt scared/threatened and wasn't mature enough to call home or the police. His reaction proved that he was too young.
hannah cook - There aren't any more sickos then there were 20 years ago.... you just have more access to stories about sick people
tonda marie hixenbaugh - Well sex offenders aren't supposed to live near parks, schools, or day cares! Oh and why weren't the parents with children notified of sex offenders near by? Both of these are laws, seems that both laws are being completely ignored!!
diane meyer - How incredibly sad that a mother is being punished for sex offenders who have committed heinous crimes..
sacha bower - He is way to young. And sex offenders shouldn't be allowed to live near children period
becky jo - And quit with the lazy parenting already. They are little for such a short period of time. Go spend some time with them at the park and quit being lazy!!!
skye akurra - I honestly think 6 is a bit young to walk by themselves.... but that's just me!
alice ann desjarlais davis - how many kids ride bikes to school .. how many kids walk to school..
jamie jean teegarden - Come on! I remember walkin all over my neighborhood when I was this age! Would it of been different if he were on a bike? Cause I use to ride my bike everywhere!
jessie edings barritt - The sad world we live in.
lily zindovic - Lol wow I didn't know there are so many mothers of the year. Apparently they all reside on this page. I feel as woman/mothers we should empower each other instead of critiquing one another.
skylar glass - My husband was a latch key kid, walked from school to home and was by himself from 3 til 6 everyday. What happened in the 20 years since that had made 7 year Olds so helpless?
lisa koopman - You should see the ages of the kids at our park alone. :-/

MommyPage: What?! And this isn't the only demand the hospital gave the pregnant mom... http://mpage.co/1o9uojOComments:
abigail gillespie - This is insane. You can choose to abort your child these days but can't choose to give natural birth a try.
audrey coleman - With 3 cesareans there is bound to be so much scar tissue and risk of rupturing with the vigor from pushing.... Why would you even want to risk that happening? Why wait until the worst possible outcome? I'm guessing doctors told her this but she is insisting natural birth.
jennifer williams - Wow Margaret Hunt, she has the right to have as many kids as she wants to have as long as she can provide for her. My sister has had a c - section with all 4 of hers and has tried Vback, she can't have a vaginal birth for other reason then she might bleed to death. A vaginal birth is what most women want to experience.
kendra gross - Margaret Hunt... Why would you make assumptions like that. No where in this article did i read that she gets government assistance! That's ignorant to throw something out like that. Who are you to try to question the reasoning behind a miracle coming into this world? As for the article... I kind of get where the hospital is coming from but there are always a possibility of complications to any birth, vaginal or caesarian. The mother should have the right to choose what she feels is best for her body and baby!
brooke cornelius - Wow Margaret Hunt that was way harsh!! You have NO idea what this woman's story is. Why would you automatically assume that you're paying for them?
patrice kelly - Why at baby #4 does she want vaginal birth? Sounds like she wants attention.
mary redman - There is also complications with having a fourth C-Section. They should at least give her a try to deliver naturally. Maybe she did try with her other 3 and they led to a C-Section. Every pregnancy is different
keisha specht - So it's completely legal to end a pregnancy but to deliver the way you want isn't?
amy gifford - This story sounds like it was made up. Sounds like someone was looking for attention.
valerie anne smith - Recovery from a c-section is much longer than a vaginal birth. I can see why she would want to try to have a vbac, especially if she has three other little ones at home to care for. Most hospitals are equipped to handle 99% of possible complications that may arrise during labor, and additionally if necessary a baby can be delivered in five minutes via emergency c-section. In no way would reporting her to cps be beneficial to her, or her baby.
veronica lopez-perez - I can see the doctors concerns. This would be her 4th delivery and she has had three c-section apparently close together. That puts danger n complications to having a natural child birth.
kira adams - This woman isn't thinking clearly. From a medical stand point the decision isn't up for debate. The risks of complications only put her and the life of her child at risk for many complications. I agree with the doctors, it is negligent to take such a unnecessary risk when with surgery it can be more controlled.
margaret hunt - Attenntion getter and I see a big law suit in the future. She is the one that put herself in danger and the babys by getting pregnant for the 4th time. Am I paying for the other 3? Sick of this id I am.
praveen bajaj - Go with the doctors
kristin 'slavotinek' porter - Attempting to VBAC after 1 c-section is completely reasonable...attempting a VBAC after 3 c-sections is unreasonable and you'd be lucky to find a doc who will do this.
praveen bajaj - Put your ego aside
praveen bajaj - Too risky either way vaginally or c section. I know women who had two kids in 12 months by c section died when her incision burst.
joy goodman - What were the "other demands" ??
liz dunn - Sounds like I'd be finding a new doctor!
amber turner - Im sorry but I feel this is alot of b.s.. im a mom of 7.. and 20wks pregnant right now.. this is uncalled for by hospital staff.. if she wants to try for a vaginal birth let her atleast try.. if for some reason a c-section is her only option go forward with it... I had c-setion with my 1st child.. and ive had 6 vbac and will do so again with this pregnancy unless there is a complication..
jinnene orman - What this is crazy a patient has the right to choose their own medical treatment. If the Dr. goes against what pt agrees too then the pt can file charges for battery.

liz johnson - Maybe if we spanked more kids then prisons would be more empty
jessica lynn gallagher - Good it's about time they start giving parent's the ability to punish there children without fear of being arrested. This is why children are little bratts now a day's. Parent's are afraid to spank there child and here's the kicker kid's know this! So they act out even worse.
april aida - There is a difference between spanking and beating! I spank my kids. Just like I was.
tina macel redus - I was spanked as a kid and I turned out just fine and I spanked my oldest when needed and she is a great kid and I plan to spank my youngest when needed. Way back in the day spankings were worse and everyone turned out respectful and polite.
kushikito teeter - its perfectly fine omg parents get over yourselves my gma spanked me and to this day i am glad she did it! im the only one of the kids that my dad raised whos ok now.....she took me and raised me right :D
sylvia lynn carrel - I will spank my children ...even If it's illegal .. THANKS
heather patrick - How bout the gov't leaves us alone in how we raise our kids?! Im glad i can spank my kid in the midst of a tantrum in public now but geesh.. Stop spending money on laws that shouldnt be there in the first place
nineth salazar - As long as you use your palm on their butts, ur fine!! Kids are way too spoiled now days!
lori meneses-aguayo - I'd rather spank my own children than having the police beat them later on in life!
mandi wood - Parents should have the right to spank if they please. And non spanking parents that say things like "if you feel the need to hit you child, you shouldn't be a parent.", maybe you need to be spanked for being a judgmental prick.
amber reynolds - Um of course! If my kids are being mean or disrespectful I will bust their butts regardless of what the courts
elizabeth clem - While I'm ok with spanking reading the article the father who did it 36 times, that's excessive and I disagree with.
kathy hayes - I was spanked as a child it didn't kill me
piz garcia - I agree that kids are way too spoiled these days. Many of us grew up with our parents spanking us with many things and we turned out fine. We were raised with respect for others.
tera heer virk - im all for spanking. i dont need a judge to tell me if its ok. theres spanking then theres abuse. very different
zoraida ruiz roman - I always say: "A whooping on time keeps kids out of crime". Straighten them up when they are small will help them grow smart and tall.
ashley doss - There is a difference between spanking and beating.
tina toole - I dare any parent who is saying spanking is abuse, to just sit there calmly after your kid mouths off at you and tries to hit and then says Ill call cps... .trust me you wont
june choi - There's a difference between spanking and beating.
yasmine beautifulspirit jackson - That's how we were raised. Some parents do take it too far though. There's a difference between disciplining and being abusive

ashley larissa hunlock - Some people aren't meant to be parents. So sorry for little Alex, but I'm glad she realized this before adopting him and he got settled in.
tracy schuring - How pathetic, children aren't toys or accessories, moron.
emily owens - Horrible! The poor little guy was just scared and a couple more nights and lots of love and he would have been fine. Hopefully he goes to someone who actually deserves him and it's so selfish!
sunnie barlow whitten - As far as little Alex goes, he's better off. But all I can think is "wow, spoiled brat!"
jillian rachelle massengill - He "couldn't adapt" in one day!?! Color me shocked! What a horrible woman... :(
morganna figueroa - The adoption wasnt completed from what I understand from article it was a test run? ?? Better to return the child before a relationship is established
shariese flieger - Motherhood isn't always glamourous, in fact it rarely is. It's stress, it's tears and vomit. But the rewards are worth it. Motherhood just isn't for everyone
amber guy-brackett - He could probably tell she didn't have any motherly instincts.
kelz pyffer - because he cried??? that's what kids do dummy poor thing was probably scared!
lizbeth lilia inzunza - Staying up all night because the kids are sick or simply scared.... Welcome to parenthood....
jonathan gromus - What a piece of trash
lilly farrugia - She needs a smack in the face!
alexandra dawn pryor - Omf! This makes me mad.. like really mad. There's are hundreds of people out there that want children and can't have them. Adoption takes years to be finalized and she got to have this little boy in her home and then gave him back!? Because he was afraid no less.. trash.. pure trash!
tessa leann bullock - She is so selfish! Maybe one day, we will read about her being broke, lonely, and her new home being in a cardboard box under a bridge! He is much better off without her.
elizabeth diekmann - What an awful person, maybe you should've tried to comfort him, make him feel safe and at home!! Now that poor boy is heartbroken all over again, so sad.
samantha m johnson - Of course he cried first night in a strange place he was probably scared it takes time
kristine hangartner - She is disgusting!
kerri fraser-bowden - Disgusting!!!!!!
margaret joanna - What a little tramp. Shame on her!!!
sierra pusloski - Would rather take him back than keep a kid she won't love
terry doria - I wish he had thrown up on her. Shameful b*tch.

sara bergstrom adrian - I think this is hilarious
nikki bert ruud - People need to find their sense of humor. Lighting up and have a little laugh.
kristina burbridge - Too graphic? Child birth is natural. So is a woman's body. Stop complaining.
marcia reed - I've seen worse. However, the decorator needs more practice. Good grief that thing is deplorable.
kelly graybosch-scuderi - I'm more shocked by her makeup lol
raquel daena vanosdol - Ugh! We all know where they come from, geeze, a little too graphic for me. ... Might as well add a little pooh with chocolate icing.. That happens too
stephandlouie santiago - Lmao!! I've seen worse! I guess people should now be ashamed of childbirth as well as breastfeeding... Yay mommy page for supporting shame in mothers!!!
nikki bert ruud - That's funny. I guess I wouldn't want to be the guest who gets the "V" part of the cake!!!😨
ashley laughlin - Its a cake depicting a natural thing with humor, I think its pretty great, and people really need to lighten up. Laughing is good for you!
fawn rader - It's her cake. So more power to her.
ashley vetter - Although I personally wouldn't have it at my baby shower, I find this funny. People these days are way to sensitive and seem to get offended easily, and they just need to get over it.
cassandra elaine alvarado-hernandez - It's just a funny cake who cares. It's her party let her have her fun.
dalia v. garcia - She bleaches her hair.
christina theune - No its funny and they do come out of there so who cares.
lindsay legault hayes - haha this is funny & exactly, it's her cake!
lizeth rodriguez - Who cares! Its cake! Just laugh and enjoy it :D
christy s. west - I wouldn't want it but I think it's hilarious!
tabitha lower - Once again people forget that the mom usually is just as surprised as the guests when a cake is revealed, her long time friend/hair stylist threw her the party. Lol I'm sure this cake was a hilarious shock for her too!
stefani scott - What in the hell.
mel don - I just lost all hope anfd faith for you!!! #retard
whitney middleton - Its her baby shower the cake is supposes to be whatever she wants

yvonne mick - Sad! But my question is why they would be going out flying and boating when the one daughters due date was that very day? Just a thought, but I would want my hubby to be home and fairly local right before, or at, my due date. Sad story though :(
alexa ayers - Wow. I cried while reading it. I couldn't imagine losing my SO and be pregnant. Due that day or 3 months pregnant with my first. Man. My heart goes out to the family!! Prayers.
kristyn duncan - This is so sad. A friend of mine knows them personally and have been by their side since the incident. So so sad you can see what happened from my back yard. My heart goes out to them!

rachel davies - So sad I can't even imagine...my condolences to the family
melissa smith-pruit - I am friends of the family....this was truely tragic. Jacob was an amazing man and he was gonna be an incredible father
mandy bailey - This is so sad.... such a tragic loss. I would be devastated if something happened to my husband/father of my children.
colleen peters - So sad my heart goes out to the family members of these guys 3 widowed mothers such heartbreaking news
tobi lannon - My condolences to this family and I hope the one daughter left to give birth has a healthy stressfree pregnancy. It's horrible to be pregnant and go through trauma. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
britt torres - I cried when I was reading this story my prayers are with you and ur kids
angel henderson - This was their second child they probably knew he'd have time to get to the hospital. .
This is so heartbreaking.
natalya parker - How very sad. Prayers to the families....

casey forbes - Another reason to be a sahm. I'm so afraid to put my kids in daycare.
jennifer williams - Omg she has cold sores we have all had them.
lori willoughby howerter - It's a cold sore people, my god
janet davis enfinger pierce - why would the child be in contact with her saliva anyway .... they need to rethink their hiring process and\or make employees keep their nasty mouths to themselves !!!!!
amanda sunday - It is found in most all daycares and schools! A child can pass it to another child! A lot of people have cold sores! Is is a disease that can be controlled!
christine whitelaw yeager - It's a cold sore. You probably have one. And I'm so glad you can all stay home with your kids..., some of us can't.
tammy pauley - U cnt really pin point Where u contract cold sores. U dnt get an outbreak right away. Anyone that kissed that baby could of passed.
stephanie ermeri chin loy - Really the child could have come in contact with someone at home, you can't always pin point these things
ofelia ballester - They should be investigating how that poor baby got the sores in her mouth first
maureen goodwin larocque - Herpes is the same as shingles or chicken pox...but by all means, turn this story into a sensationalized soap box for the neurotic. Get a grip!
erin wilkos - It is herpes simplex 1!!!!! Simplex 2 is the STD. It is different. It is only a cold sore. Lots of people have cold sores.
michelle earvin - Blown out of proportion. Very common, especially when children are in a daycare setting.
harley reynolds - My kids got this when they were little and they weren't in daycare and no one at home had it, it can be transferred from a shopping cart or toys on a play ground. This is ridiculous that she blames them. You take that risk when your child enters daycare. Maybe the other family didn't even know! Ughm
marcie proudmommy - cold sores is another form of herpes......
kat joyner - Things like this make me scared to put my little ones in daycare or to trust anyone outside of family to watch them.
emily bream - It sounds more like hand, foot and mouth than herpes, which is more likely in a day care setting...
amber ramsey - If it is HSV 1 most people have it It is called a cold sore.
brittney jeffreys - They shouldn't even hire someone with something of that nature!!
amanda schaffer - Disgusting how many people want people suffering from illnesses to be discriminated against in the workplace. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
amanda schaffer - It's unlikely she got it from a daycare worker. She could have gotten it from a friend or family member. There is no reason for parents to know the medical history of an employee. This mom is way over reacting.
natalie noblitt - That is nasty. If my child got a lifelong illness from a daycare worker I would definitely sue.
- This is sparking a major debate among parents...

MommyPage: This is sparking a major debate among parents... http://mpage.co/1oXuLlnComments:
jenny swisher - Whatever! The other mothers could have been kind and watched out for the child. Given the mom their number and just kept an eye out for the child. Takes a village people. Moms can be so judgmental and rude. Why put more hardships on the family?? Shame on her
tammy pence welch - This is why we encourage people to be public assistance because we punish them when they try to support themselves and their family.
amber adams - Wow. At 9 I had a bike and a pool pass. I just had to call my mom every so often and let her know where I was. So sad.
andrea leewright - Call me crazy, who's to say we know the whole story? Or how mature this little girl is? People are saying "different times" do you watch your neighbors kids for free? Are/ were you totally without a support system or family while raising your kids? You're right it is a different world, a selfish one. One where lower class people are stuck and can't move up in life because people spit on them, then hand them change.
sharissa lian dice - You know what tho? At least she didn't leave her in a car with the windows up
candy scruggs - So your saying if my kids walk up to the park by their selves I could go to jail that's messed up. That is why kids are lazy and play video games all day. It sounds like the mother had it under control. Let parents be parents .
mandilyn cartwright - Instead of offering to keep an eye on our neighbors kids we call the cops on them... That's what has changed...
la familia ortiz - But we would all be mad if she had no job and just lived on welfare but she would be home with her kid vicious circle really
katheryn bryant - Wow. This is ridiculous! I remember being out all day everyday during summer. As long as I checked in with my mom every now and then and came home when the street lights were out I was fine
theresa wiseman - It's a no win situation. People complain the mother leaves the kid at a park, but the very same people will be complaining when she gets out of jail with no job, about how she is drawing welfare and jobless. They will be hollering get a job at her.
kaley manuere-garza - When I was kid I already went outside by myself or friends riding bike around neighbor hood and going to park down road, had to be home when Sun went down
chrissy randolph - Things have changed. All it takes is one person to see her alone and take her, yes she may have thought she was doing right by letting her child go alone, it could have easily been a whole different situation.
jessica marizcurrena - I understand both sides, but to arrest the woman and send the child to social services went above and beyond. I think the officer could've written a citation for her to appear in court and send her to get help with a social worker.
danielle ham - At 9yo my friends and I were out riding our bikes and playing at the parks all summer long.... by ourselves! We knew to be back at a certain time, and if someone got hurt we knew how to get help.
Its sad that kids are no longer able to really be kids. Everyone hovers over their children and leaves no room for the child to really learn and explore on their own.
Whatever happened to go play and be home when the lights come on...
ritter friedrich - In when the street lights came on was the rule. I had a Bike and run of the neighborhood.
Sad state we live in now
kellie spencer carver - How much trauma is this child going to endure being kidnapped by cps?
jay cee - As a single mom with very limited help I can completely understand this mothers actions. Only she knows if her child is responsible enough to be left alone at the park. Good for get for setting she is. I hope that other mother gets a humongous dose of karma AND reality! My son is 7 and allow him to walk to the had station alone, should I be arrested?
marissa onsaga - I grew up in the 90's and was 5 years old running around the neighborhood all day from sun up to sun down. This poor mother shouldnt have been arrested now she probably lost her job and her poor daughter.
jarett ross - Police should worry about real and big problems instead of sending the poor mom to jail 😔We want a safe place for our kids so police should be working on cases like the shootings in Chicago and more more important problems we have 😡 come on ppl she is just trying to earn some money for family.
sara louise - The lady that went up to her had no business going up to her anyways, stup!d arrest, stup!d lady. Just let the d&mn child play instead of being cooped up inside and being miserable and lonely. She has a cellphone. She's fine. Hope they let the mother out of jail and drop the charges.
theresa gentosi - Isnt the age to stay home alone in SC only 8? If the girl can stay home alone, why cant she go to a park?
