Woman Without Limits.: Leaving your spouse at home & going outside of marriage for sex is the most despicable, dehumanizing, & self-disrespecting thing that can happen to you, your spouse & your marriage. Just the thought of undressing, unzipping & unashamedly pulling down your pants & exposing yourself to someone else other than your spouse & coming home to do the same with your spouse is disgusting enough to stop any decent person from committing adultery. "Drink water from your own cistern, running water from your own well. Should your springs overflow in the streets, your streams of water in the public squares? Let them be yours alone, never to be shared with strangers. May your fountain be blessed, and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth. A loving doe, a graceful deer— may her breasts satisfy you always, may you ever be intoxicated with her love. Why, my son, be intoxicated with another man’s wife? Why embrace the bosom of a wayward woman? For your ways are in full view of the Lord, and he examines all your paths." Proverbs 5:15-21.Comments:
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - Lack of intimacy not sex is what drives ppl out....... and once u guys realise ths, u wil maintain ua families. am nt advocatin,no bt tryn to speak the truth. if u cnt giv ua parter a satisfyn sex, combined with love, passion, care and intimacy, hata kama ni
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - Hata awe ni pasta au bishop ataenda. its the way u maintain ua partner, nt the way u thnk, eti cz 2naenda kanisani hawezi, no. act a slut in bed, nt a nun or reverent, hayo niya kanisni,in bed be creativ, hardworkin, pasionate n satisfyin, or else shauri yako
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - Have u guys wondered y sm1 wil leave a spouse in the house n go embrase anada person ? its nt about sex u dudes. sex only serves as the epidome of what they both need! whats wrng wth u,? thnk ouside the box. look at the greater picture, huh?
Priscah JB - sex is xamething of 5 mins ad 4get abt it,but wat u wil carry there u wil recal in rest of ur life
Marian Larry - Lets be realistic n think beyond our noses...we hav assumed so much that we think what the Bible says will run our homes. Lets not b complacent n try to be creative in marriage. If ur the kind who like fighting all the time, disrespecting, being understood n not understanding, vengeful, unhappy, complaining, unreasonable trust me, ur partner will seek peace n comfort elsewhere. Don always blame that other person but evaluate urself n change, its the only way to safe your marriage/relationship. Stop cursing it won't solve ur problems or bring back your partner.
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - No1 wil endure a boring sex life in marriage, none. and sex is nt just what u guys thnk,it goes beyond that, its emotional and spiritual also,nt only the physical act of entering or being penetrated by a dick. the church shld tel u the truth else
Lily Ann Kash - TRUE@wilson GOD will not excuse yua unfaithfulnss bcoz of dat thts wy HE gave yu leadershp tell her da truth even if it hurts ad show her tha way...
Muigai Sarah - Christianity is not 4 the faint hearted, evn if ua spouse is hospitalised 4 a year, u shd exercise self control n wait. There is no justifiable reason 2 cheat ön ua spouse n thats that!
Essie Wangari - If for real u love ur wife/huzy,if u r not gettin enough of sex, attention, care etc. I believe da best n wise thing to do is to talk about it. And @da end of da day u'll b happy both, satisfied n grown astep in ur marriage. Refuse to b ahypocrite in ur marriage. These things if u enjoy da way God intended, its da sweetest bt u if do it wit everyone/everything its yaaak!and disrecptive. The choice is yours, but just kno. Watever u plant,u shal reap in plenty and it shal @day time for All to seee...
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - We ave to cease being a society or generation that just says amen or yes and embrace the logic of analysng and questioning a stuation. dnt jus say amen, analys n ask uaself questions. huh!
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - Try it, jus change the styl while doin it,vibrate abit n moarn here n there, talk, dnt die thru the whole fuckin journey! encourage n tel hm hw u wnt to be driven! huh!
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - Service n quality matters my dear. am nt yet married bt those in marriage av blown the topic out of propotion. dnt judge until u lst to individual reason
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - Cnt shout amen when i dnt get satisfied. count me out.........point.
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - And what if nt satisfied?
Judy Muriithi - Great scripture!!
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - God wont teach u hw to satisfy ua man in bed. u av to learn hw to. the bble cnt u av to take care n contain what is uas. mature up guys n see the larger picture. please.
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - He wont. sure. men dnt infact ata appreciate cz ul do it with love, zeal and passion. na atakuwa home early, eager to av it again
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - Ndo ivo kunaedaga
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - NO SATISFACTION, mpango wa utaniua hata niwe pishop.... nkiridhishwa staenda popote., satify me and il remain faithful to u.
Leslie Oluoch - Thou says the Lord.Amen
Wilson Fernandez Mulama - And thats the point@larry we dnt fuck out cz of anythn bt borin, unstisfyn monotonous styld sex. they bliv any other stile is sin,no action...smely,loose n watery n ever complaining., what do u expct? she s tired, busy with, negative abt new styls, what next?

In this month of resolutions, counter resolutions, adjustments an (Type: status | Published: 2014-01-03T13:53:01+0000 | Likes: 0 | Shares: 82)
Woman Without Limits.: MAKING FIVE-STAR RESOLUTIONS In this month of resolutions, counter resolutions, adjustments and high spirited dreams, I would like to guide you on how to make five star decisions that you will not regret. It is important that you don't make decisions in a rush just to massage your guilt for not making resolutions like everyone else. A person's life is only as good as the quality of the decisions that he makes. And your year can be great, your life can become absolutely different this year but it must begin by making fool-proof, qualitative and calculated decisions. Firstly, you will not improve in any area unless you pause and reflect, not just in this month but in every week of every month this year. Include this in your weekly ritual. Reflection turns experience into insight! Reflection is so powerfully amazing that it has potential to convert your past success into raw materials for your future greatness. And while you engage in reflection, here is a great new year's resolution for you: Get rid of every excuse that keeps you where you are! Nobody is more powerful enough to stop you from becoming great without your consent. The success or the lack of it by every road block, barrier or opposition is determined by you. Nothing can stop you unless you allow it. Your journey this year must be characterized by grade-one fierceness, by an unequivocal belief and by a metallic conviction to carry out your decisions regardless of what people think. Don't fear! Do not be scared of what you don't know, you can find it out! Don't fret about where you haven't been, you can go there for the first time! While faith attracts what you believe, fear attracts what you fear. Don't be scared of the mountain you are facing in your life, as it stares at you in defiance, in pride and in intimidation, look at it right back and address it with a tenacious boldness; "you haven't seen my type of mountain climber! I will conquer you!" Courage is not the absence of fear; rather, it is the mastery of emotion so as to bridle it to your advantage. A lesson on courage is probably the single most important class you will constantly need to attend this year. While regular people are being stopped by a scare, great people like you keep on walking. While common sense rules out your next course of action, intuition must take over and when logic rules out your next step, let faith take charge! What you are scared of, is also scared of you! Charge at it with brazen confidence and guns blazing. You are no longer the leader of tomorrow, tomorrow has come! Sometimes, to have a lion's share, you must have a lion's heart. To become a movement, you must stop being a monument. To overcome, you must come over and to win any competition, you must first and foremost show up at the grounds. 2014 has not just shown up, you have shown up in 2014! And that is proof that you are not a wannabe competitor in the league of life but a true ranger, a great warrior and a super achiever. Address this year as the head and leader of your life and let it know that you are in charge! You may not have everything you need but you have the most important person you need: Yourself! Begin there. A courageous man with an ounce of bravery will achieve more than an educated man with mere intention. A bold person with faith the size of a mustard seed will move mountains. The boldness of a person has more potency to transform his environment than the knowledge of how to. Many people know what they need to do to make their lives better but they never amass enough courage to do it. Break that cycle and be the first amongst them to change the course of your life through simple steps of bravery. Unless you step out of the boat, you can never walk on water. Greatness is a lot of small things done well, done excellently and done courageously day after day after day! Step out of the fraternity that works to gain fame and recognition and lock yourself in to do what courage demands. Stay faithful. Stay courageous! Fame comes in a moment; greatness only comes with time! BishopComments:

Alicia Mariah - No recipe, two cooks all doing different things. So confusing. It is poorly planned.
Joyce Gichoya - secondly observe hygiene how do u taste food en return da same spoon in da same food en taste again,...its disgusting unless if u r preparing da food fr yrself alone,..othrwise use a different spoon
Kheri Isaac - Isnt unhygienic to use the cookin spoon to taste the food.... Jus askin!
Irene Mbula Kitheka - It is a good show however, i feel that our kitchen hygiene comments are of no consequence at the moment. This is not a live show, thus its just pointers for next season. Cut them some slack... it is not 5star chef cooks but it is a mum & daughter having fun in the kitchen and them sharing with the rest of the world ..... :-)
Joyce Gichoya - frm
smone workn in da hotel industry en since u r shown us yr skills in cookn
en somepple r learnin frm u ...lemmi start wit da basics,...alwys cover
yr hair, keep nails short without vanish en alwys use a choppn board
Tarhasillah De Elegante - I loved the show. may i ask, how many ladies cover their heads while cooking in their hse? Some details r for hotels.
Rosemayr Moraa Akora - I think an apron and headgear would be appropriate in this setting. ..also smth disturbing abt the fingernails n tasting food using one spoon #where is the chief chef :-(
Bonface Ngugi - seriously pple stop al tha lito lito -ve comments plus it isnt a luxurious hotel its hme fun n lots of fun in tha kichen!bt tha fud waz awesme n wapi recipe...
Robert Ngugi - it was owsme show
Margikitte Malik - luv d chicken.. hope ul invite me.. n next tym.. pls dont use the stirring spoon 2 have a taste of ur food.. its ironic.. n ur bby gyal is smoking hot.. buh were are the sons...
Still Jenniffer - Sharing stirring spoon, havin a taste 4 three. Pyuk pyuk minus chicken
Felisters Njung'e - long polished nails...eeeh!!You give receipe n let us learn
Faith Joy Kiki - recipe ziko wapi
Jacqueline Karimi Nyumoo - I just wonder why pple are jealous of Pst. Kathy's Hse. There are many Kenyans who live in better hses but the fact that a servant of God lives in a good hse pple seem to have a problem with that. But lemmie tell u, unless u celebrate other pple's blessings, God can NEVER bless u. Teach them how to cook mum n dota and whoever is pissed off can..... Am born again lemmie not say that. I just didnt expect such wierd comments when u r teaching pple how to cook out of ur gud heart.
Frank Austines - The cost o4 all ingridients is equal to my 4 month's rent .xa nikupika ama nikulipa rent?
Kristeen Kuria - Some of this comment are just thoughtless Do you know what it takes to shoot a cooking show? if you do please shoot yours so you can show them how it's done! I salute Mum and daughter and with time the show will be better just like Nigella's and the likes… great job! keep it up.
Jackie Jawlyn - HYO KUKU !!!!!!!!! MAZEH
Shiru Kamweti - cover your hair.the food is good.
Bettie Wawera - Hey mom...twas awasome lakini the tasting part aaaii sio na serving spoon woiye
Carolynne Mwesh - despite the mistake the fud seemd 2 b delicious.....
Blessed Phylo - use aprons.u stil av ua nail polish on.n we needed the recipe.gt confusd on the way

Woman Without Limits.: THE CURTAIN CLOSES It is the last few days of December! After a tiresome year to some, long to others, short to some and difficult to yet others, no matter the reports we all carry this week, one statement is a common denominator to all; the year is coming to a close, not just for some but for all! Despite the plans we had, the desires and the promises we had made to ourselves earlier in the year, while cognizant of either our successes, triumphs or failures, we are confronted with a mandatory exercise; to close this year and usher in a new one. The reason why there are days and nights with light and darkness is so that no matter what happens during the day, be it good, bad, great, hurtful, exciting or not; when night falls and we go to sleep, we wake up to a new dawn, a new chance to rewrite history, correct wrongs, adjust mistakes and learn how to uphold success. A day is not complete without a night-time and a night does not make a day without the presence of a day-time. Whatever you year has been and whatever has happened or not happened, it is time to take stock, accept work-in-progress and carry forward whatever needs be into a new season of next year. I am firm believer that nothing is final. No situation, predicament, success or achievement is at its final stage. There is room for more, better and greater. The biggest room in the world still remains the room for improvement and I urge us to stay committed towards a build-up and momentum for transformation, not just of our individual lives but that of our beloved continent. We must sustain and maintain the atmosphere of expectation without frailty and without wavering. The season of 2013 is going into 2014 as period of the manifesting the sons of this land at an alarming rate! Get ready to give birth to new things! Be prepared to become a solution giver in the vision of this country. In 2014, forget the past and purpose to dig deeper in the well of your talents, gifts, career, family and life to get even fresher water. Give more time to your spouse and children, walk out of addictions and bad company and make a resolve to turn your life around for good and for the better! Forget the success you have had this year; that success is now mediocrity. Go for bigger stuff, greater excellence, more impact, bigger profits, larger expansion and deeper understanding of what you do. Do what you must to become what you should! Pray! Write! Study! Seek wisdom, reject fear and dare to believe that nothing is impossible to them that believe! The proof that God wants to take you into a new thing is when He brings you out of an old thing. December is evidence that He has been faithful for a year and He intends to give you a new season. And now that 2013 has grown 'grey hair', as you look in retrospect over it, suspend your worries, postpone your regrets and ignore your failures and thank Him that while you may not have achieved all you desired, at least you are still here: alive! And well! Ready to try again what failure said you couldn't do! As you enjoy the holidays, know that you made it where others perished! Congratulate yourself and gear up for an even better year ahead. No matter where you rate yourself, in the performance of the gone year, refuse to be the same person by this time next year. Understand that what is not growing is dying, so grow! Stagnation is always the process that precedes death, don't stagnate! You have not walked this whole journey just to die at the doorstep of your greatness and before you see and enjoy the fruits of your labour. Whatever then, that you need to push harder to arrive at that day of glory, apply yourself in all ways you can, at all times that you can and as long as you possibly can, to get it. When others stop, keep walking and when others quit, go the extra mile. May the coming year mark you out for a difference. May in it, be found reasons why Heaven should make you the first millionaire out of your family. May life's experiences around you change radically beginning with yours. May you walk into a season you never imagined possible. May miracles accost you, doors open for you and favors fly into your direction. May people run to help you, may great men and women notice you and may promotions locate you without effort. May evil be kept away from you and may death lose your address! I pray for you to win, to conquer, to rule and to succeed in whatever you do! You are the best, you deserve the best and the best is yet to come! God bless you and have productive and prosperous New year Bishop Allan KiunaComments:

Alice Lee - You're stronger than you realize!! No matter what you're dealing with...recognize there is a power in you that can conquer anything that you are facing. If you are going through something unthinkable...pain, sickness, relationship stresses, unemployment, financial hardships, or other problems ~ do not define yourself by these things. You're greater than all of these! At any moment, life can step in and change things in your favor. Continue to be positive, hopeful, and do all that you can with what you have. You have GREATNESS within you, and your situation or circumstances at this time does not take away the truth of who you really are. See yourself in the future as an overcomer. Look back on where you are now...and say "I made it through that." Keep your energy positive, and continue to look for breakthroughs. Dig down deep within yourself, and spring forward. You deserve!!

- In Genesis, God promised Sarah that she was going to have a child. At first she didn’t believ (Type: status | Published: 2013-10-09T05:49:18+0000 | Likes: 0 | Shares: 101)
Woman Without Limits.: In Genesis, God promised Sarah that she was going to have a child. At first she didn’t believe it. She thought she was too old. She thought her time had passed. But do you know what God said to her? He simply asked, “Sarah, is there anything too hard for the Lord?” I believe God is saying the same thing to us today. “Is there anything too hard for Me?” Do you think your dreams are too big for God to bring to pass? Do you think that a relationship is too far gone for God to restore it? Do you think you have to just live with sickness the rest of your life? Get a new vision today because there is nothing too hard for God! God is saying today, “I am all-powerful. I can turn any situation around.” It doesn’t matter what things look like in the natural, we serve a supernatural God. The Amplified version puts it this way, “Is there anything too wonderful for the Lord?” The next time you think, “That’s just too good to be true,” remember, God wants to bless you beyond your wildest dreams. Take the limits off and dare to believe that He has wonderful things in store for you!Comments:
