[Debra Kistler] - Prawns Skewers .... Skewer one green prawn with a small square of bacon then a leaf or two of a cut onion and then the same size piece of red capsicum then repeat the process again but next time use a green capsicum square....all pieces of prawn accompaniments should be roughly the same size. Marinate in Olive oil with garlic which has been crushed and finely chopped chilli for a couple of hours or over night. Cook on a hot BBQ Plate and remove once prawns are cooked (when the prawns change colour....but don't over cook as the prawns will be hard and rubbery...you may need to do a taste test whilst at the BBQ :) Serve on a light bed of rocket and drizzle with Olive oil
