So did the Red Carpet team Treat ye well over the tour ???

[dan ewing (heath)-official tour] - We have no option when crowds are big in the time frames we have to make sure that everyone gets a picture which we succeeded in doing ..
[dan ewing (heath)-official tour] - @ lorna holdereid - that was not red carpet team and was the venue security so do not mix it up also at no stage did dan do a half job ad I see your picture in the profile which means he completed the task of the meet and greet as advertised ?
[dan ewing (heath)-official tour] - @ Niamh Melville we allocate 90 mins per PA and stay 2 hours , we don't handle tickets venues do ? We have only got time to get the picture taken per person and move on , clubs must cover the expenses and sell tickets
[amy o'neill] - I taught it was all very rushed "get in get ur picture and get out" i asked dan a question and he never even answered me!
[theresa ahern] - I am so sick of hearing people complain and moan about the same thing over and over it was rushed didn't see him wasn't enough time...like seriously people what do ye expect him to hold yer hand and talk for hours..regardless of what ye spent or hw long ye seen him ye should be happy ye got to go...one thing I notice is no matter how hard anyone tries there's always some1 who will complain...some people couldn't go cause tickets sold out or couldn't afford it so be happy ye got to meet him...time is not an excuse it's a fact...if your touring for over 2 weeks non stop hopping from place to place it isn't easy and draining...so take it easy with yer bad comments and be grateful ye got to see him for a couple of seconds...
[aoife mc daid] - A fantastic oppertunity to meet dan in sligo last week but honestly i think the organisation in the garavogue was very poor!!! I understand that its very hard to get through every1 without rushing, but im pretty sure the garavogue was his last venue that night and that he wasnt rushing anywhere else at that hour therefore it would have been lovely just to have a min or 2 to chat, thank him and his wife for coming over etc! We were not allowed to get in photos with our friends, da guy pushed us up to him, no chance to compose ourselves, not allowed to take pics ourselves and not even allowed to ask for an autograph for young relatives that are too young to go to see him, and then "shoved" outa the way! We might aswel have been thrown out the window!!!!
Any1 i know that was in the garavogue that night also said they thought it was "rediculous" and are wondering why they bought tickets for all of ten seconds???? I wont be rushing to go see any more events organised by red carpet nor wil i be back in garavogue, id rather buy a ticket to Oz at least we would get more dan 10 seconds with him!!! But thank you dan for coming over to ireland, hope you enjoyed it :)
[sinead hudson] - Yes but it was very rushed!!
[niamh melville] - NO.
Sligo was an absolute joke ignorant people running the event &
ignorant bouncers manhandling everyone which was completly unnecessary.
Everyone was commonly assualted there, no one has the right to put hands
on you, shoved away from Dan Ewing before you had the chance to walk!
[linda o' connor] - Thought the whole thing was organised brilliantly you cant blame them for rushing through the people if they didn't do that you would have people complaining that they paid money to see him and didn't get to see him, people should be greatful they got a photo. Fair play to red carpet for getting in so many shopping centres I myself have a disability and wouldn't have been able to go and see him in a nightclub, so I am very greatful for that.
[orla o'brien golden] - No..... Very disappointed with the way we were treated in Sligo.
[lorna holderied] - Thought some of the bouncers where rude to be honest espically one in Dingle. I think telling people to F off is out of line and once more its not that hard to organise . And like the other person I won't be going again. I went to Romeo as well and if your going to take people money then you have to give them respect and organise a bit better than jamming two or three things in on one day and doing a half job. Dan was lovely and it's a pity it reflects on him when it has nothing to do with him at all
[kelly oglesby gallagher] - Great but it was just a pity we weren't allowef to take a picture wit our own cameras
[marian bailey] - Been rushed in understandable there is so many to get through, personally i think the team are great n event planning was great.. sometimes its the venues that rush too.. dan n marni were so friendly too
[sharon flanagan] - Happy daughter today in citywest but I did think the lads really did rush the pictures and was very disappointed with the quality of the pictures, all pixelated and all :( ah well we meet you.
[mags conneely] - Dan nd hes crow where v nice stephen dan manager was v nice man was pleasure tlkn to him :-*
[celine pepper carroll] - Well said Theresa looking at these comments is unbelievable seriously dan and marni traveled the length and breath of the country to make sure everyone got the opportunity to meet, see or be entertained by this lovely couple as some events might have not went to plan they did their best to please everyone even telling people to come to other events complimentary seriously some people need to get a grip he was here for 18 days straight into it too and left first thing this morning saying how much he enjoyed his time don't dampen that by silly nasty comments on this page that is for fans REAL FANS appreciate what you got and remember he's back in sept & dec. my opinion is the red carpet done a fantastic job front line and behind the scenes even when they were on there way to venues they were working sooo hard
[aisling allen] - Know every1s experience was different, but have been posting on here and Dan's page all week and will say it again, they must have been wrecked with the distance between each venue, couldnt have gone 2 c him at a niteclub, so thanks for visiting shopping ctrs, couldnt say enough about him for the brief time saw him, he was lovely and kind to me as explained why in other posts, so thanks a million Dan and to the team who made it happen, didnt get to c Steve and Luke when they came over, looking 4ward 2 dec, keep us well posted Neill and the team and of course Dan, cant believe I met Dan Ewing! Well done to all involved especially Dan and Marni
[kelly mc givergan] - treats us well when we seen u ;)
[aisling allen] - It was rushed but that is coz of the crowds and the venues r so far apart, perhaps if all parts of the country were done next time together, then meeting Dan wouldnt b as rushed, and they wouldnt have the travelling they did and they would get to c more of the country, Dan was lovely, I am on a crutch as have a back injury, and he got me to hand it to a security guy standing right beside me so wouldnt b in the pic and then asked if was ok, just couldnt have thought him to b nicer. And for that reason couldnt go to a niteclub so thanks 4 going to shopping ctrs too, probably wasnt as nice for Dan as a night out but really appreciate it. Although will say the interviews radio and tv werent given out much in advance so missed them.
[lorraine johny] - I did get a pic and I thank you! God only knows what my face was like , as I was pushed to go next by a man who was dealing with us ladies lining up! When that happened I was very upset and bad enough I suffer from back pains. Tender today so please who ever that man was don't push us.
[ali farr] - would be lovely to see you in UK Birmingham xx hopefully Dan, Steve and Lincoln xx
[petra van droogenbroeck] - just one mores top in Belgium and they did a fantastic job!:-)
[fiona treacy] - I thought it went amazingly. Yes it was a bit of a rush but what did ye expect? To talk for hours?! I got a hug and a "hello" and i'm happy with that much.. Thanks Dan <3
[stephanie c o regan] - If you post a question like this on a Facebook status you have to be prepared to take the negative criticism that people post as well as the positive!! Common sense would tell you to Use it as constructive criticism go back to the drawing board and see how you can do better if there is a next time!
[lorna holderied] - I'm not saying anything about Dan it's red carpet we are talking about. He was lovely and I am a fan but won't be treated like shit because I am one.
[lorna holderied] - Freezes over for that I would say
[lorna holderied] - And may I say you might not sell the tickets directly but if you treat people badly, give a poor service like in any business people won't buy the tickets , clubs won't hire your company therefore you don't have a business. And may I also state I'm not easily offended and I have done my background work and got a name. I have feeling that this thread will be deleted. Except your critism and you might get it right next time. An apology would also be good but ill be waiting till he'll free
[lorna holderied] - Your are ment to take what people say and go ok maybe we can change that, talk to your work team etc. your tone seems hostile . I agree have to make it public before you get answer.
[lorna holderied] - It was put on Facebook no hard copies never said he didn't meet us . I have the persons name and in fact it was not security from the club it was yours and if not no one knows who he is and there fore a stranger was left in charge of security. Dan was lovely I stated that it does not mean that a person in security belonged to you I have spoken to club and is in your pictures red carpet have posted was rude used vile language and was heavy handed. I sent red carpet a private message no response . You asked e question that's my experience not mine alone it seems.
[dympna mahon] - I met dan and his wife marni on the 12th of july and you could not have met 2 nicer and polite people. Because im disabled I was able to meet dan 1st with my friends got a picture taken and afterwards got a picture with Marni.
For all those complaining about the events being rushed and security being rude well maybe think about the fact dan had to travel to 2 or 3 counties in 1 day and hes bound to be exhausted over the last 2 weeks and as for security in the venues , they are just making sure everyone has the chance to meet dan.
Thanks to dan , marni and red carpet for everything :)
[lorna holderied] - Well I'm not complaining about being rushed I'm complaining that they told my mother to F off she was pushing or shoving. She was man handled like myself...
[stephanie c o regan] - The fantasy of a celeb is better than the real thing!! It was only mediocre if I'm being honest!!! Some of the red carpet team were nice some were just rude plain and simple!!
It was like a cattle mart effect in my opinion, too rushed!!
[lorna holderied] - Oh and we didn't get any photos the machine broke down either though you told my mom who was there you would like to sign it..
[natalie booth] - Yes they were fab and so were you and Marni x
[niamh kane] - They were amazing such a great team :-)
[trudy mc intyre] - amazing experiance. who knew you could meet ur fave tv soap star in the local?? thank you red carpet team.. looking forward to meeting as many home and away stars as possible.... whos next?? loved meeting @marniewing lovely girl. dan wasnt looking at the camera in my photo.. have to get another next time!! :-)
[karen foster] - They were fantastic today in Citywest shopping centre
[laura gethen] - Really good, we went to balbriggan all the way from london and went round 3 times to have 3 pictures taken, got an autograph for my daughter and chatted lots. Thought it was really well organised and fantastic thanks :-)
[sinéad ryan] - Michelle Ryan and I were told we were getting a picture but it didn't appear on the Lar Corbett page. We did arrive late but just caught u on time. We were then told that it was a video that was taken but that still isn't on the page. But it was great to meet u and the red carpet team were very helpful.
[leanne parletti] - They were fantastic today in citywest delighted with our pic and my daughter was so happy getting in the local paper with dan

[shona lane] - dident get to meet ya :( so sad ...why dont you pop back to galway before ya leave
[alisha trimble] - I travelled 3hours from gweedore in county donegal to cartown teenage thinking id definitely get a picture when I bought the tickets. as I was in the gaeltacht with no recipiton when the statuses told people to be there at 7.30 so I knew no other that what was written on my ticket entry at 9.00pm, I watched from the window as dan left.it was a complete disgrace
[stacey galvin] - ya brilliant, bring brax next time
